They charged me a little over $200 for a poor piss of work.. However, I ended up putting this full exhaust system on my bike and I sent them a video to their email as proof.. The problem is, I'm not a mechanic but YouTube can show you how to do things, rt? Everything I said to them about how this exhaust system suppose to fit, everyone there discredited me and what I was saying. Now, they don't want to give me my money back. I will never take my bike to them again... I was told by one of their employees that they had no instructions to go on.. The issue what I with this excuse, I had no instructions as well.. Some things are not that hard to understand how it works if you use your common sense. If you didn't know what you were doing, I would have respected you more if you had said this from the jumped instead of screwing me out of $200 for a job that you never did do.

Instead of even trying to make things…read moreright, he claimed the truck I have owned since new was missing parts, called it a "shitbox" and made personal attacks against me claiming I was too afraid to come out of the house because of the pandemic so he had to come pick up the truck, which is not true. ALL work was performed prior to the pandemic. He also called me a liar. To make matters worse, his wife (Jennifer McKeever) decided to join in the conversation and make disparaging remarks even though she had no direct knowledge of the situation or any interaction with me whatsoever. I am STILL having problems related to his "work" on my truck. Whatever he did to the slave cylinder connection at the transmission causes the master cylinder and reservoir hydraulic line to frequently become disconnected, at which point you have to bleed the slave cylinder hydraulic fluid. As a result, the slave cylinder will have to be replaced. This is not a mechanic that will stand behind his work or even attempt to resolve any issues related to his work.

I asked him about it and he said it's because it's a metal building. I asked if they had a guest WiFi I could hook up to instead and he said no, the internet is only for employees....okay...cool. Thanks for ALL OF YOUR HELP BUD. I shook it off and found that three other floor guys did not smile, did not ask if we needed assistance. If they work on having the products sell, then why are so many standing around looking at the ceiling? Guess they just make real good money to have useless looking employees. I asked if they had cobra parts or spark plugs and the parts guy was so awkward and weird about everything, I felt like I was asking for the wrong shit. He just kept asking is that all? As if saying he was done dealing with us. He told us they did not have an air filter for a 2025 Yamaha 85 and had to order it. Very odd not to have that in stock since that is a bike they sell. We were told we would most likely NOT get a call when it comes in so we would need to call ourselves to make sure. Sure enough that was the case and we will NEVER give them our business again.
