We brought in a few people for quotes, but after the 3rd person, which was Osborn, my husband was adamant to hire. I saw the reviews and urged him to check more quotes. He half heartedly did one more but admitted to me he hired Osborn to do the job. Within 2 weeks they were here. We had 4 trees we needed removed and one was HUGE. They came back day after day (as long as it wasn't raining) and completed the job in 3 days. They accidentally broke a section of our fence and replaced it the last day. They charged us the exact quote they gave us. They cleaned up everything very well. I see some previous reviews about carelessness, but either the customer is super picky or the company is learning by their mistakes. I truly am happy, for once, my husband went against my wishes (and behind my back) and hired Osborn tree service. I hired Dustin from Osborn for a large job and they dropped a tree on my deck. Not so much an apology after or discussion about how it would be handled. I only received anger and hostility. I wanted to go through insurance but Dustin does not carry it, nor is he even licensed as an arborist. You all need to research because I didn't. He has an expired license as a landscaper. So when it came time to discuss repairs to my deck, Dustin got extremely angry with me as if this was somehow my fault and it was his way or the highway. Watch the video. Absolutely Horrible co. to deal with. Would give zero stars if it were an option. Was given a quote for tree removal but would not put it in writing when I asked. Was told he didn't have paper so I asked him for a business card which he reluctantly gave me and wrote dollar amount on business card. Kept scheduling dates to do the job and he continued to find excuses to cancel five times within a one month period while stringing me along. At the end he finally told me he didn't want the job because he went back on his word-the quote he originally gave me was now going to be much higher. They laid a section of pavers on a slight slope for me. Within a year they started drifting apart. I let it go for a while but it just kept getting worse. When I finally contacted them it was as if it was all my fault for waiting so long. Then they ghosted me. A horrible company. read more
