Now several reasons for the rating - 1) the hostess who seated us and all of the servers had no energy or smile. It literally felt like they were forced to be there 2) absolutely no help with the menu 3) we got vegan dim sums , bao and ramen. All of the bao, dim sums and noodles were uncooked. And there was no soy or any other sauce available for the dimsums or bao. Would not recommend this place at all.

The interior and decor of this place seemed really cute. The restaurant opens at 8pm and we got there around 8:30pm. The place was already packed and so we waited about 10-15 mins to be seated. The menu is pretty simple. They even have English menu on the backside. We decided on the #Huangbrothers Bao and #Keepitreal ramen. The Bao were pretty good although I would leave the pickles out of it next time. It was a weird mix. The real loser of the meal was the Ramen. The pork bone broth was underwhelming and my noodles were undercooked. I decided to take a chance and bit into the block of noodle but realized quickly that was a bad idea. When the server asked me if the meal was okay I pointed to the block of undercooked noodles and she just smiled and nodded. I blame the language barrier. Would probably skip this place next time. Don't be fooled by its cute interior.

The restaurant is small and sports a modest front but the food is amazing. They have ramen, sushi, teppanyaki and bento box style lunches. Beer and wine are available. I had a mixed salad which was huge and a good mix of crisp, fresh vegetables. I also had the braised tofu which was perfectly done with a load of sautéed vegetables and a delicious brown sauce on it. The service was attentive and friendly, though knowing enough Spanish to communicate with the wait staff would be most advantageous. We were able to get by with our limited phrases. Overall, a fabulous lunch.

We tried the tonkotsu and miso ramen, and both were outstanding--the broths were incredibly rich in flavor, and the noodles had that perfect bouncy texture. Just keep in mind that because of the high demand and quick table turnover, this isn't the place for a slow, lingering dinner. The poke bowl I had was also lacking severely in salmon, I couldn't even finish it because by the end it was just huge chunks of avocado and somehow very sweet rice. Do not come here for authentic sushi, and only maybe if you absolutely love cream cheese in your sushi. I'm honestly still confused at the options here. Update: After being in Argentina for a week I now see that they add cream cheese (and regular cheese) in obscene amounts to everything. So maybe this is just authentic Argentinian sushi? Haha
