This little hipster cafe was located literally behind our apartment. We stopped fairly early (8am) on a Sunday and they were pretty full already, so come early or prepare to wait.
We both opted for white coffees which were creamy and delicious (I don't drink coffee normally so this is high praise). The breakfast menu has a good amount of mostly healthy options - plenty to pick from for vegetarians too.
The Mister had a ploughmans toastie ($17) - essentially a ham and cheese sandwich served on beautiful seeded bread. I went with the spring toast ($14) which was 2 large toasted slabs of sourdough, generously topped with a mixture of peas and avocado, and a perfectly poached egg. It was fresh and healthy and everything I wanted it to be.
Pleasant staff, tasty food - if you like kombucha they specialize in that too. read more
