The cinnamon roll was soft, fresh, and full of flavor, while the raspberry-filled pastry was equally delicious and such a lovely treat. Both mochas were rich, smooth, and made perfectly. You could truly taste the quality and care that went into everything. The customer service was just as impressive. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely made us feel appreciated. Wonderful food and drinks are always a plus, but great customer service makes the entire experience even more memorable. Coeur d'Alene Coffee Company was easily one of the highlights of our visit. I would absolutely recommend stopping by, and I will definitely return the next time I'm in the area. An easy five out of five!

I began talking to the barista about beans, roasts, etc. he was super helpful in helping me select a bag. Then sent me away with a few ounces (enough to make two cups)of beans to try out. I ended up at the roastarie in Sandpoint, where they had more bags. I explained the types of beans I like, they recommended a bag. They NAILED it! I LOVE the beans! Other coffee shops should be trained by you guys! I will definitely go there when I'm in the area, and will order some bags.

It was smooth and creamy with a subtle sweetness that still allows the espresso to shine through. They forgot the caramel drizzle, which the barista offered to add, but I figured it was probably already sweet enough- I'm glad I passed. Their assorted pastries always tempt me as they look so good, but so far I've been able to resist and just stick with coffee. It was buzzing and because it was a rainy day, the indoor seating was limited, but I still found a cozy chair and table.

On my last visit, I ordered a latte and a bagel, toasted with cream. The lovely barista said "the food is going to be about 35 minutes." Me: 35 minutes???? There were six customers in the shop, if you count the impatient door dash driver next to me at the delivery pickup counter. Sad face. Door Dash estimated delivery to my house was 35 minutes when I checked while waiting for my latte (skipped the bagel). No priority for folks that like to walk down, plop down, and enjoy a coffee and bite. Sign of the times, I guess.

The line to order is hidden (yes there's signage ) but there so much going on when you open the door. .. makes you feel like your going straight into the kitchen. They could be creative about this idea. And the customer service needs to follow through is when someone orders and doesn't have to wait and wonder if the order is done. I don't know .. maybe the business of giving good food tops all that.. although - the crab berry scone is not as good as the sourdough ones I make- the orange icing tastes like those cheap cinnamon rolls cups- it could be better. However, this is where some of the issues start. The seating is ALL super UNCOMFORTABLE. I don't know why coffee shops sacrifice comfort for aesthetic, but it ISNT WORTH IT. Would it be so hard to have some comfortable chairs, or throw some cushions out? Second issue, the parking lot is small, and because of the location it's difficult to get in and out of.
