Turns out the former owner had used silicone in an elbow joint that wasn't sloped properly, so when it didn't drain at the rate it should, it would drip. The silicone had worn down, so John and the team applied gutter grade sealant with no complaints and no extra charge. The gutters are working great. I definitely trust this team with my business.

They showed up and started randomly tearing down gutters. In the process they set the ladder on the screens of a porch, tearing them in two different places. They charged for all the new gutters that we didn't need. We paid just to get it over with. A year later 25' of gutter has fallen down because it was badly attached with cheap fasteners. Oh, and the hard to reach place? They said they would use a lift or a ladder but they ended up hanging out from the hipped roof two stories up. At that point you do something I have a problem with, you waste the one thing none of us can afford to waste, you waste time. They provided me with price quotes for different gutter sizes and guard prices so I was able to pick the option that best fit our budget. I went with a brown tinted gutter so it had to be ordered. They kept me updated with the delivery status and scheduled the install as soon as they came in. The install was all done in one day and the new gutters look amazing on the house! I had to listen to one particular drip so long that it gave me nightmares. I even had a basement flood that cost me $15,000 because of the gutters being messed up. But every single person I hired insisted they were correctly cleaned and aligned and that I was asking for too much. For $150 The Gutter Guys ACTUALLY cleaned and aligned the gutters PROPERLY. They threw in new screws to hold the downspouts together and re-secured them to the exterior walls. I have been telling everyone to hire these guys. I didn't even have to be home when they did their thing. I just left a check taped to my front door. They cleaned up after themselves and left my front porch looking better than before they showed up. From now on it's them and only them.
