Made first initial consultation appointment here two weeks ago with second visit today 3/24/23. The consultation was scheduled very easily upon calling the practice directly. The receptionist immediately provided me complete answers to basic questions I had and scheduled the appointment for the time and date of my choosing. A few days later I arrived on time and within a few minutes after it took to complete a basic form on an iPad I was met by a member of the clinical staff along with Dr. Yusupov the care provider who is experienced in multiple modalities of dental medicine including surgical and cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Yusupov is highly credentialed with vast knowledge & practice experience across major teaching university that translates to the safest of office based Dental Medicine services. His staff is outstanding and the practice location is far above any I've previously attended with respect to it being impeccably clean throughout its entire premise. Staff & it's leadership's are professional and polite in the most genuine manner such that you can't help to notice their commitment to your well being is at the center of all they determines matters. Had an extraction and bone graft to a tooth in the lower left back of my mouth which had decayed after years of having a root canal and crown. arrived a few minutes prior to my surgery appointment at 11:00am and was out the office by 12:30pm. Near 8 hours later as I write this feel great with the most minimal discomfort. My follow up appointment is in 2 weeks. Following Doctors orders I expect to have a post & implant within the next 4 months. This is the most professional practice I've ever experienced and makes me wonder why aren't there more professional Dental practitioners who can copy this model. Sensational business that is certain to be recognized by many as the Gold Standard on Dental Medicine.

Dr Yusupov explained to me how quick and simple it would be and he was right. The experience couldn't have been better eventually. Once I as done I was explained very clearly what the next steps were and so I left with complete peace of mind. Also, the recovery was speedy and easy. I honestly can't praise Dr Yusupov and his staff any more. Between the compound/open fracture and the other broken bones, my morning started off tragically wrong. Thankfully, Dr. Tam is more skilled than all the king's horses and all the king's men because he was able to put me back together again! Dr. Tam impressed me with his straight-forward "this is what I would do if it were me" approach. I like options, but he isn't afraid to tell you what the best option is. Before surgery, he put his hand on my shoulder and let told me, "You'll be alright." He assured me he would do his best. His tone and the warmth of a human touch comforted me. I was very impressed by his skill. This isn't his first rodeo and he is very familiar with the ins and outs of surgery. I'm pretty sure he gave me a Borg implant, take a look at the picture and tell me what you think! I hope I don't start saying, "Resistance is futile!" Nothing but praise for Dr. Tam and I highly recommend him. If you need his services then you're in a bad situation. Trust him and he will get you to recovery as fast as possible.

North shore Podiatry was able to squeeze him into the schedule, which I was very thankful for. Not a lot of places are open on the weekends. He was diagnosed with Flat Feet, Accessory Navicular Syndrome Type 2, and Stage II PTTD. NSAIDs, Physical therapy, and plan for Custom Orthotics in one week. We waited nearly 2 months for the Orthotics. We went in for the first fitting with Dr. Lina and it did not work. We were asked to come back in one week for a follow-up; however that was that doctor's last day. If we knew she was leaving, we would have considered a second opinion. "This process" is important and there shouldn't have been any changes in provider during the process. We had to wait for 3 weeks to see a new doctor, Dr. Irwin. The orthotics needed adjustment. We had to wait for another 5 weeks for the adjustments while my son was in pain and limbing. The orthotics came back again and it still did not work with my son complaining of sharp pain. This has been a long 3+ months process. We went to the point and buy new sneakers to have the sneakers go around the orthotics as per the physician's request on top of loosening the shoe laces to accommodate the painful orthotics??? Clearly something was wrong with the orthotics itself. Adjustment number 4, still sharp pain... We decided to go see another Podiatrist. We received the custom orthotics 2 weeks later with a less than 24hr follow-up appointment. My son was very happy. No pain. We ordered his custom hockey skates, which should be here in another week. The total first visit to custom orthotic for daily wear sneakers to custom hockey skates took 5 weeks. Lesson learn: If you have doubts and its the 4th adjustments and your wait time is over 3 months??? Its time to move on. I'm not saying my 12Y old son is more important than any other patients. However, they must admit, it is crucial to manage his diagnoses in a timely fashion. I thank North Shore Podiatry for the immediate initial visit for my son. The custom orthotic experience was horrific. The follow-up appointment availability for Dr. Irwin was not easy as well.
