I use them for Rheumatology. Gianni can't seem to figure out how to call in my syringes. He keeps calling me in pin needles for diabetics to check sugar. I've asked twice at appts for them and twice through the portal. 3 times it's come back as pin needles and twice I paid out of pocket because insurance wouldn't cover them. I thought that was weird and called the pharmacy and they assured me it was what the dr ordered both times. Got them in the mail and does anyone need these? lol read more

Dr Klionsky falsified my medical summary and lied about my appointment. She never reviewed my files and ignored my abnormal bloodwork results. State of Alaska has opened a case against her based on my complaint to OPA who ignored it and locked me out of my patient portal. Then tried to charge me $830.00 for the 15 minutes she spent being condescending to me. Reaching out to attorney's as well. Big time malpractice. The appointment went OK. The office is really nice but an MRI was ordered and I must've called the office on seven different occasions asking for the order to be sent over to the imaging place and still this never happened. I ended up going to a different doctor not happy with the service when I was paying Over $300 out-of-pocket for the appointment only to have to go to a another place. read more

Stay away from OPA!!! They are a joke, their office is very disorganized, and unreliable when asking them to fax information to my insurance company. My husband was set up with a PA who was useless and couldn't answer any questions without talking to a Dr first. She misread a report and gave him bad treatment ( taking him out of a cast at two weeks and a brace 2 weeks after that) and telling him to begin physical therapy. Thank God the therapist knew to take images and check on his healing. Not only had his broken wrist, NOT healed, had he began therapy his break would have shifted and requiring surgery to place pins in his wrist. Because of the inept care he received his healing has been set back 3-4 months. He can't return to work as he was scheduled because of her mistake. He has even had a different doctor at OPA call him and set up an after learning just how bad his PA had screwed up. When we got a call to confirm the appointment, it was wrong , with the wrong doctor, and the wrong time. So he called and talked to them only to find out the doctor who CALLED HIM, who set up an appointment to see him... yeah, he was gone on vacation and not due back for a couple weeks. At that point we were so frustrated we canceled the appointment (with the wrong dr.) OPA and set one up with Pioneer Peak Orthopedic. After learning the whole story, they got him in within the 48 hours. He is now being treated by Pioneer Peak Orthopedic to correct what OPA has messed up, we both feel he now how a real doctor who knows how to treat patients properly without wasting time and money. read more

The doc was okay, the assistant was good. But the creepy guy named Buzz in the casting room is a danger. My husband, male, was having a procedure done that required his shirt to be off. Well as soon as the doc and assistant left the room and the door closed Buzz opened the door to the casting room. My husband didn't even have his clothes back on when he opened the door WITHOUT knocking. When Buzz opened the door he proceeded to tell my husband how he had the same thing happen. Dug under the sink in the room, pulled out a black band. Stood up then attempted to have a conversation with my husband and I. My husband, a man, felt very uncomfortable. Then Buzz opened the door the doc left and stood in the doorway with the door wide open and continued to talk to us. Then left out of a different door then the one he entered. The assistant seen him leave, my husband said the assistant gave him a WTF look on his face. Buzz is a creep and I will NEVER send anyone to that clinic to get a cast as long as Buzz works there. I would rather drive to Anchorage to get a cast. read more

This facility is awesome, the staff is great and the Doctors are wonderful!! Totally recommend this clinic for any orthopedic need. Dr Drury just did surgery on my knee and he is so skilled and caring. Unlike many big medical offices they treat you with great care. read more
