Dr Wu has…read morealways been my doctor, yet lately the staff has been trying to push me off on the PA Neil. After waiting 2 long weeks for my TPI appointment, I realized that they had mistakenly set up my appointment with Neil. They only confirmed that when they sent me the reminder notice the day before my appointment. I called and spoke to Lauren at the Henderson office regarding the mistake with my appointment. she tried to resolve it and scheduled my TPI for the following day at the Henderson office with Dr wu. They claimed that Dr Wu refuses to administer my appointment without the first appointment that I had called about in early january. This was pushing off my TPI until the end of the month. After an hour or so, I had Dr Wu's assistant call me to discuss the protocol. I explained again the mistakes that were made. I asked why weren't the tpis being administered by Dr Wu the way he had explained it to me? I also explained that my insurance doesn't require the pre-approval so the reason I have been given previously about why three appointments are necessary for one TPI shot had been a lie. Anyway, I was told that their manager would contact my office. I asked, "If this was the same manager that's over the other locations?" She confirmed that it was. I explained that I've dealt with her before and she is the rudest person I've ever spoken with. I was told that she would call me back anyway. I then received three calls from their office and the person on the phone pretended like they couldn't hear me. Yeah right! This is the only doctor's office that I know that requires three appointments for a TPI. They make you come in for an initial appointment, then the TPI appointment and then a follow-up. I had to follow up with my insurance to see why this office is acting in this manner. I also don't understand why the PA will see me without an initial appointment, however Dr Wu will not! Something is definitely up I would go to any other office other than Innovative pain care. Even if the doctors are good, their administrative staff is absolutely incompetent! I'm now in excruciating pain because of their incompetence

They keep on schedule relatively well, the OV is usually short. The Dr / PA have been nice and explained everything well. The procedures have gone well. Overall, the experience has been going well. I was hesitant to the experience, given the reviews, but had limited choices due to insurance provider, but I have to say, I have been quite, pleasantly surprised and I have to remind myself that some people may reflect their frustration due to their pain level and lack of cooperation by insurance providers. Other than the fact that they cannot figure out that I go by my middle name, no matter if I underline and put in parentheses, I have nothing but good things to say.

Unfortunately, you cannot "unteach" people who are unprofessional and lacking in common sense and social grace, often referred to as a lack of intelligence to put it nicely, especially from a medical corporation like Sagebrush Health, which also goes under the names of Sagebrush Rheumatology, Sagebrush Healthcare, Sagebrush Healthcare Rheumotoloy, and possibly others, and has at least nine locations throughout Las Vegas in addition to others in Arizona and Washingtion states. I'll forgo the long deailed explanation of Sagebrush Health losing a scheduled appointment, the excessive hour-long delay in an otherwise empty office, as an accommodation according to the receptionist, the lack of any information regarding the months in advance scheduled appointment, the rudeness from Urline Charles, APRN, telling my wife that she had no paperwork or knowledge why my wife was there--then talking down to her by asking a grown woman if she [my wife] knew the difference between skeletal and muscular pain, of having a nurse practitioner see my wife instead of a doctor without asking. Having my wife go for blood tests that were available to Ursline Charles, at additional time and expense to my wife. In addition to many other issues at the offices of Sagebrush Health Rheumatology, too many to include without unnecessarily elongating this review. I am retracting my promise to Sagebrush Health not to write a negative review if they refunded my wife's co-pay. Unfortunately, the refund took well over six weeks with excessive prodding from me, forcing me to waste my time chasing Sagebrush Health, et al., with numerous calls to Liliya Meadows, Ursline Charles, and the regional manager named Cynthia, who failed to follow through on our initial conversation by calling me back "within a few days." Due to the attached letter dated June 26, 2025, and received June 30, 2025, which is an attempt to make my wife and me the "bad guys," I have gone back on my promise not to post negative reviews, and expose Sagebrush Healthcare, including Liliya Meadows, Ursline Charles, Cynthia and the entire staff of Sagebrush Health for their unprofessional, ill-mannered behavior, and vendictively issuing the attached letter. It would have gone without the letter that my wife or I would never step foot in a Sagebrush Healthcare Rheumatology office again, and I told Liliya Meadows just that on our multiple telephone calls. The certified and accusatory letter, attached with the blatant innuendo, is proof of how poorly this company operates, and people need to be made aware of the subpar management and operations of these medical offices. The service of the attached letter went too far, and people need to be made aware of how poorly these medical offices are run and operated. I posted this review at multiple Sagebrush office locations, considering the various offices my wife and I had to deal with in this matter.

I am really close until a lot of the people in the office and they are literally like a second family to me. I look forward to going here and seeing them because I actually miss them over the course of a month. My doctor is Arial Dunson she is feisty at times but so loving and caring and will fight for what her patients need. Danielle is by far one of my favorite medical assistants she's like a best friend of me. Karine and Monica are so sweet and always listen. DEsiree at the front desk is always so helpful and knows what to do when you need help always has a smile. The office manager heather is literally one of the best human beings ever. Lonnie is my mother's doctor he's firm? But understanding and just a giant teddy bear. You've got the man himself, Dr Daniel Fabito i'm beyond knowledgeable and cares about your basic needs.Along with your pain. The office is beyond clean. Always the perfect temperature, very spacious. And because I suffer from migraines, there's always a room in the back with no lights for me. There are some days when they do run behind. We were seeking actual medical evaluation and support for my husband suffering chronic spinal pain and limited mobility, not a rushed prescription visit with no compassion or meaningful assessment. To then be told he could return and pay even more money ($150 to $300) for another evaluation after already spending hundreds of dollars ($350) was incredibly frustrating. Patients are being extorted and demeaned in person and over the phone by admin staff. $350 for 5 minutes is enough to submit my formal complaint to the Nevada State Board of Medical Examiners. This office presents itself professionally, but our experience felt cold, dismissive, and heavily focused on collecting payment rather than genuinely helping patients in pain. My husband sought treatment at a pain management office after spine surgery because he lost insurance coverage and now has to pay out of pocket while living on disability income. Unfortunately, our experience with this office was extremely disappointing from start to finish. At the first appointment, almost nothing was accomplished because the office claimed they did not have his medical records. I personally offered the records to the front desk, but there seemed to be little interest in obtaining or reviewing them. As a result, we paid for what felt like a completely unnecessary visit just to be told they could not properly evaluate him. I spoke with the Dr.Sharma directly about this and he stated he would address it with his staff. Before scheduling a second appointment, I specifically contacted the office (disrespectful rep) to ask whether the doctor would complete long-term medical disability update forms, because these appointments cost hundreds of dollars and we could not afford to waste money. I was told they "Normally don't," but that the doctor "sometimes makes exceptions." Based on that information, we scheduled and paid for another visit hoping he would finally receive a proper medical evaluation. Instead, my husband was treated with open irritation by the front desk staff. The woman at reception spoke to him rudely, acted annoyed by basic questions regarding billing, and repeatedly stated she "didn't know" why charges were so high. He was unexpectedly told he owed $350 due to a prior balance we were never informed about. Rather than helping clarify anything, the staff directed him elsewhere and treated him like an inconvenience. A black woman whose name I was not able to obtain was bouncing her leg aggressively to make her annoyance pronounced. The actual medical visit lasted no more than five minutes. He was not properly evaluated for pain management. He was not asked to demonstrate mobility limitations, identify pain areas, discuss restrictions, or explain the severity of his symptoms in any meaningful way. He was simply prescribed medication and sent out the door. Days later, we were informed the doctor would not complete the disability paperwork after all. The explanation given was based on an older follow-up note from another provider stating he "may" be able to return to work in several months. I only provided that previously completed form so the office would have a point of reference when filling it out. The entire reason we paid for the appointment was so this office could conduct their own professional evaluation and determine his current limitations. The form I am referring to was only 1 page long. We believe Dr.Sharma's office is forcing unnecessary visits for financial gain, this is unprofessional conduct facilitated by front desk. There is also an additional $100 random drug testing fee that they may charge you for whenever they see fit. Please read all the reviews before entrusting your care with this facility.

I had a botched hip replacement and have not been out socially since 2016. Dr Sharma gave me an injection for diagnostic reasons that helped the pain for a few weeks. I am going for another injection this month. The initial injection worked to dampen pain about 50% for a couple of weeks. I was able to function enough to cook a turkey for my 87 year old mom, and I have faith that Dr Sharma will sort things out so I might be able to go to the grocery store in the future without a caregiver in the future. This is the start of a journey for me. I have not been out socially since July 2016, when I had the hip replacement. I am only 57 and was a yoga teacher. I now have severe soft tissue damage from the botched surgery (hip was done by a dr crovetti ( not Dr Sharma) & it's very difficult to treat. I am grateful to any doctor who tries to help me. I do not want to live another 5 years the way I am since 2016. I am hopeful now after being treated by Dr Sharma and hopeful we can work together to can find a way wherein I can get some semblance of a life back. Thank you Dr Sharma for taking the time to help me.
