They have the doctor downstairs with the same equipment that they have upstairs. It's quicker as faster and they're both excellent Paul Morgan give him an A+ as the doctor Fanny the receptionist you cannot say enough for her. I can be late. I'll call them. No problem. They'll take you. They're not gonna say you gotta come back cause you were late. Excellent Saturdays is the best time to go. No one's in there. You can walk in and walk out in 1520 minutes upstairs. I've waited 4 to 5 hours before I got to see somebody it's at times. That's why I start going downstairs to fast Track. Give them a A+ the whole organization downstairs is excellent.

I clearly stated at least six different times that my thumb and index finger were bothering me. When beginning my X-ray she stated thumb which I said was more important to do index. I was firming corrected that she was just doing my thumb. She said she would ask the doctor, who said they could only do 2 body parts for one visit and asked me if I wanted to change the visit to index fingers. Then he quickly said my A1-C was too high for any injections and never even took an X-ray. Desert Orthopedic here I come.

I just wanted to put in a few kind words in regards to my care at this medical facility. I was in…read morean auto accident and broke my clavicle. I was referred to UMC Orthopedic & Spine. From day one my doctor was very kind and caring. I needed surgery about a week later at UMC hospital. My surgeon was Dr Brock Wentz. He saw me personally at each follow up visit until my bone healed several months later. Thank you for the very professional care.

I went to see Angela Greenhalgh yesterday and she was the most uncaring and dismissive "doctor"…read moreI've ever seen in my life. It was my first and last time seeing her. She entered the room and didn't even introduce herself so I didn't even know her name for this review until I got my patient paperwork. My primary doctor referred me to Orthopedic & Spine Institute concerned that I have spinal arteritis. I told this to Greenhalgh and she just scoffed and said that I was too young to have such a problem. I'm 41 with quite a few deteriorating illnesses since childhood there is nothing "too young" but my body or condition. She didn't ask about the background of my medical condition or family history. When I told her about the neuropathy in both of my legs she looked at me shocked and said "you had diabetes??" opening my patient file would have shown her that fact, my generational diabetes is the first thing listed in my patient folder. She tried to A1C shame me when I told her my A1C is 7.6 then back tracked when I told her my A1C was 14.8 and I've been working hard to revert my A1C. She told me my problem would go away if I loss weight and exercise. -Again- because she didn't ask me anything about anything she would have known that I work out everyday already and go to Physical Therapy for my frozen shoulder and am already at my target weight goal. I'm already the smallest and most fit me of my life and the back problem came after. She never examined me physically she only looked at the x-rays and she said that it showed that my spine bones are deteriorating but apparently the solution for bone loss is to stop being fat She told me I was too young for back problems at least 4 times and that I just need to lose weight at least 3 times. Complete waste of time and money. I went to see my primary today and told them everything and they're referring me to a pain management specialist and a different orthopedic place. It's too bad because I already go to UMC Orthopedic & Spine Institute to see Dr Iman for my frozen shoulder and he's great. I was really excited to finally be seen about my back problems and just throughly disappointed in Angela Greenhalgh lack of skill and treatment. It just goes to show that one bad apple can ruin a whole tree because I never want to go back to this establishment.
