These patients sing praises about Forte, from the doctors to the nurses to the efficient people at the front desk. From a visitor's point of view, Forte is great. They are very straightforward with their instructions, which I appreciate. Just tell me what to do and what to expect, and I'll do it and expect it. Everything went pretty much according to what they said. They have a smoothly running system here. Visitors can help themselves to the unlimited coffee and water at the coffee and water station. This is where the Little Free Library is located! The waiting room also has multiple seating arrangements, from high-top desks to comfy chairs to love seats. Or, if you need something to eat or drink, there's a cafe on the first floor. (See my separate review for La Verna Cafe.) The waiting room is airy and bright. One thing that's kinda weird is that a "cruise director" comes and talks about what to expect with your surgery ... right in the waiting room, among all those random people. That seems unusual, right? However, there are private rooms that you're taken to when the time comes to talk about your particular case with the doctor. As a visitor who is not a patient, Forte is great. But I've been told that it's also great being a patient here, so there's that.

I have done PT 1000 times and you are shuffled in and out quickly (insurance reason I am sure) and shown things to do at home. At ATI they set a work out for you and you do it there. They may add one or two new ones but for the most part it is a work out everytime. Then they work on your injury. Best of all, they are a great group of kids. We went over a lot of things associated with the care I needed and she answered every one of my questions and had a ton of knowledge. She was very gentle with the exercises, and let me know what to expect and approximately how l9ng it should take to obtain for me, a noticeable change. I love that I was given the actual exercises to take with me, so I knew what to do at home. The QR code available with the visuals was a perk that I wasn't expecting.
