They extracted my son's tooth--even though they didn't know how to perform a root canal--and then sent him elsewhere to have it done. After charging him over $600, he had to pay another $2,200 at a different clinic for the actual root canal procedure. When he returned, the crown was supposed to be covered by the initial payment, but--after already ripping him off--they charged him for the cement used to attach it. You wouldn't expect them to just leave the crown loose, right? In the end, they charged him far more money. As a father, I feel like I've been held up at gunpoint on the street. Don't throw your money away or let these unscrupulous people scam you. This business shouldn't be allowed to keep ripping off retirees or those of us who work so hard to earn a living. Don't let these dishonest people take the money you've worked so hard to earn.

The office and the entire center is very clean and well kept. The individual at the front desk was extremely courteous and made me feel welcomed right away. The lady assistant introduced herself and told me she had worked for the doctor for 30 years. That in itself was impressive and gave me the feeling that this must be a pleasant atmosphere in which to be a part. She explained what they would be doing, step by step. She made me feel like family and set me at ease right away. The doctor then entered, introduced himself, and visited a moment before beginning the exam. The place was extremely upscale and all his staff was friendly and professional. Dr. Trettenero was very pleasant, friendly, and made me feel comfortable and at ease right away. He then asked the assistant to get the X-rays needed. This office was equipped with what seemed to be the most updated technology necessary for any situation. The X-ray machine was amazing, like nothing I had ever seen. It only took moments and we were done, back into the room for review. Dr. Trettenero sat with me, explaining what we saw on the monitor. There were 3-dimensional rotating views, and views showing layers of each upper and lower. And all turned out better than I imagined. No cavities, I just needed an adjustment to align my bite. Afterward, Dr. Trettenero cleaned my teeth and said all looked good, I'd been doing a good job. He was very gentle while doing the work, and cleaning was the easiest I ever experienced, anywhere. The first was Dr. Kriger's complete and total knowledge of what she does. She's had so much advanced training and really understands what she's doing. With her expertise she does much more than just straighten teeth. She looks at the whole picture and really does what is needed for complete oral health. The second was the atmosphere of the office. Very modern, but fun and laid-back. More like a party with an open floor plan and good music constantly playing. Every single staff member is not only friendly and caring, but they get to know you and really work with you. I have brought 2 of my children to Dr. Kriger and will be bringing my 3rd here as well.
