His interaction with me stood out compared to the other tree service companies we got bids from. He had fair pricing and got the job done quickly with his guys. They are ISA certified arborists, have liability insurance and workers comp, which was also important in my selection. One of the trees we removed was a Goliath pine tree intertwined with electrical lines. It could have easily damage our property or a neighbors property if done incorrectly. They ground the stumps, leveled the ground, and removed all the debris. I'm happy we went with them and will recommend them to anyone looking for tree services.

The crew of about five men who completed the project were all professional, respectful, and courteous. They had to use a crane for the removal, and it was clear that safety and professionalism were a priority throughout the entire project. The team also did a great job cleaning up the yard before they left. We truly appreciated the excellent communication, professionalism, and quality of work from everyone at Rivendell Tree Experts. We would highly recommend them to anyone needing tree removal services!

Here's a polished and professional review you can use for Utah Valley Landscaping: 5-Star Review for Utah Valley Landscaping I had an outstanding experience with Utah Valley Landscaping. From start to finish, the team was professional, punctual, and stayed within budget--something that's becoming increasingly rare these days. What truly impressed me was their work ethic and skill. They transformed my backyard, which was basically just a patch of weeds, into an incredible outdoor space I now love spending time in. The craftsmanship is top-notch, especially the team that replaced our rusted-out wooden stairs with a beautiful paver deck and staircase--it looks amazing and was clearly done by pros who know what they're doing. Alex was fantastic--always available by phone and frequently on-site to make sure everything was going according to plan. His communication and attention to detail made the entire process smooth. Manuel also stood out with his deep knowledge and incredible work ethic. You can tell this is a team that takes pride in what they do. Highly recommend Utah Valley Landscaping if you want high-quality work done right.

It's like pulling teeth trying to get this company to do anything. They don't respond to emails,…read moreand it takes them nearly a week to respond to voicemails, if they do at all. We finally got a hold of them on the phone, and they agreed to come out a few days later to fix the sprinklers on our rental property. We'd already done a lot of work for them by finding the problem area and digging out around it. They said they would be there Friday or possibly Monday, but we didn't hear anything after that. We called multiple times, and got no answer. Finally got a hold of them on Tuesday, and the receptionist/scheduler, Sierra, told us that the "sprinkler individual" didn't have time and couldn't get to it either of those days. No call to let us know, no explanation, and no apology or offers to come out another day. We asked when they could come out again, and they said Friday, and the same thing happened. We rescheduled 4 different times, and they made us wait ANOTHER WEEK between each new appointment. Each time we didn't receive any sort of call or follow up afterwards, and had no idea what had happened. Because it was a rental we had to keep sending people out to see if they actually did anything. Finally, our property manager told us that the hole we dug ourselves around the sprinkler was filled, many weeks after we initially called Utah Valley Lawn Care. Still, no follow up or contact from the company at all. Two weeks later we got a very basic bill (sent to the rental property, not us), and it didn't list anything other than parts and labor, and with different rates than we'd agreed upon. I don't have any proof that they did any work, or what they did. We still paid the bill because it looks like our pipe was replaced, and we were tired of dealing with them, but it was definitely not worth it. We will never use them again, and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

They came to cut down a VERY large Evergreen pine tree--72 years old and about 100 ft tall. They worked with the power company because our electrical connection to the power lines prohibited chopping it down easily. When the power company missed appointments set to address the issue, it threw a monkey wrench into their ability to take care of us as they wanted. But they weren't thwarted. Though it took a more circuitous route, they effectively took huge branches off, then felled the main trunk. Finally, they cleaned up all the leavings. They were excellent at what they did. They exhibited creativity in crafting solutions for such a daunting problem in a small space. They were very respectful in all their communication. We would highly recommend this team. We found them to be completely honest. We hope others will find this review very helpful, and we wish them all the best.
