Best ENT Dr. In the world, in my book!! When I first showed up there I had not been able to breath…read moreout of my nose for 5 months. I was positive for Covid on September 12, 2021. My main symptom was severe stuffy nose. 2 months later instill could not get my nose un-stuffed. I went to my Dr and other Drs with no help, they all said, it is left over Covid it will clear when its ready. Told me to use Mucinex And Flonase. I returned a month later, told the same thing, I have to just let it run its course. I finally decided something had to be done! I found Dr. Orsini!! From the moment I left the office my whole life turned around. He took great concern I felt and started me on the road to healing. He told me it took along time to get this bad (6 mos) and it would take a while to heal. He was right, I do everything he tells me and I am so much better. I know I am not healed completely and understand it will still take a while longer. I can now breath out of my nose, I can blow it when its stuffed, like first thing in the morning, get it to clear and carry on with my day FINALLY!! In my opinion Dr Orsini is a blessing. I would tell anyone and everyone, need an ENT he is the man to see. His office staff is very professional and caring. They work with you to make sure you can get in and be seen. I could never thank him enough for what he has done for me and continues to do!! Sophia Prose

You quickly get the impression that they…read moredon't really want your doctor to get to know you as a person, but would prefer that you take your silly illness to one of their Convenient Care facilities and stop bothering them. I had a good relationship with my previous doctor (who retired), and I wonder whether my husband would still be alive if it had been he who had seen him towards the last, since he had exhibited concern on numerous occasions (to the point of even calling us PERSONALLY at home), was familiar with my husband's medical history, and really cared. The latest: The doctor's office was supposed to be open (according to what they had told me before and what their pre-recorded message said), but it was strangely and inexplicably closed when I called at 3. Incidentally, they close for lunch between 12 and 1, because the concept of staggering lunches to provide service to customers during that time (a concept well-known to most businesses) seems to escape them. If this is the trend of internal medicine, I am glad I am old enough to remember when patients were more than just meat to their doctors, and you could get an appointment to have the doctor see you when you were sick and not just one or two times a year for your routine check-up.
