My main symptom was severe stuffy nose. 2 months later instill could not get my nose un-stuffed. I went to my Dr and other Drs with no help, they all said, it is left over Covid it will clear when its ready. Told me to use Mucinex And Flonase. I returned a month later, told the same thing, I have to just let it run its course. I finally decided something had to be done! I found Dr. Orsini!! From the moment I left the office my whole life turned around. He took great concern I felt and started me on the road to healing. He told me it took along time to get this bad (6 mos) and it would take a while to heal. He was right, I do everything he tells me and I am so much better. I know I am not healed completely and understand it will still take a while longer. I can now breath out of my nose, I can blow it when its stuffed, like first thing in the morning, get it to clear and carry on with my day FINALLY!! In my opinion Dr Orsini is a blessing. I would tell anyone and everyone, need an ENT he is the man to see. His office staff is very professional and caring. They work with you to make sure you can get in and be seen. Needless to say I made the appt, had allergy testing done (allergic to EVERYTHING), literally had a metal rod shoved up my nose and was told I had a partial deviated septum, here's some nose spray. I made a follow up appt as directed when I went to my appt I was I informed that I was not scheduled, although I showed my appt card and said I received reminder for appt! The "receptionist" was willing to squeeze me in, but the ignorant office Manager pulled her back to the patient files and literally yelled at her. I was not seen and never went back. There are better ENT's, do your research. This was Dr. Interval that I was dealing with both times.

Just send us a freaking bill like EVERY OTHER doctor office! Also, they are always at least an hour behind. A coworker warned me of this but I thought she was exaggerating. She was not. This place is run horribly. Oh! And the best part: they gave my insurance card and drivers license to ANOTHER Michelle in the waiting room. She had put it in her purse. I'm 30, she was AT LEAST 50. If I hadn't stood up and asked which Michelle they were referring to, that other woman would've just left with it. They literally called out the name Michelle at least 5 times while I was there and we kept saying "WHICH ONE?" How many times do you need to make that mistake before starting to say last names or initials? I was shocked There was a nurse named Mary who was being rude to a very nice older woman named Maryann. She was giving her so much attitude and Maryann was just trying to answer my questions and help me. It was ridiculous. The doctor himself was short with me and didn't listen but overall fine I guess but he made a political joke I didn't like "do you lie as much as trump?" When I said I'm not stressed. I just thought that was unnecessary but not a huge deal in scheme of things.

The day of my appointment comes and hand over my insurance card to be told they don't accept my Ohio insurance. I explained how I called twice to check. Their response, "sorry it was a new employee". This is unacceptable I took off work, drove 45 mins each way, wasting my hard earned money on a tank of gas and paid for childcare. I don't recommend this office. Apparently, employees aren't properly trained with the same knowledge as the so called "supervisor".

She sat with me for over an hour that first day and went over all my tests and paperwork. I am a subscriber to her practice which means I pay a monthly fee. For me it's well worth it. I can get a phone consultation and extra attention to my medical concerns whenever I need it. Dr. Ray is on call 24/7. I have her cellphone number and can call her for emergencies instead of going to the ER or urgent care. When I got covid, I called her from out of state at 7 on a Saturday night. She took the time to go over my symptoms and testing that I would need. She monitored my treatment over the phone until I came home. i appreciate that Dr. Ray helps me understand the recommendations from specialists and available treatments. When I was in the hospital, she was my doctor there too, instead of a random hospitalist. Dr. Ray checked on me every day and monitored all the tests and procedures. She is an assertive advocate for her patients, appealing insurance decisions as needed and making sure that her patients get good care. Dr. Ray provides a very detailed annual checkup with many more tests than other doctors have given me. Her emphasis is on wellness and preventive medicine. The idea of concierge medicine (paying a monthly fee for the doctor's services) is not for everyone, but it's worth it for me. I don't have to worry about copays or ER fees, so the cost in the end is not as much as you might think.
