He said We couldn't just make 4 hats. so I mentioned that John said I could do that to test them out. Michael says to me, Well I'm the boss and I said no. I was a little taken aback by his attitude and he did it in front of other customers. I just said ok and walked out. It's too bad because they do a lot of shirts for the community and now I need to find and promote another place. She was very quick to respond and helped adjust my image on the front and back to my liking numerous times. Lucila didn't charge me extra for having XXL and XS shirts in my order and made sure that it would be completed within 5-8 days. I would order from here again. Update: after 1 wash, everything seems to be holding up great. No pilling and the print on the front and back have no damage.
