The guys were here on time (5 minutes early) for the appointment and were incredibly professional. They cleared probably 10 years of gunk from my furnace and ducts and I could hear what was coming out from under the floor boards there was so much! They took their time to make sure it was spic and span even though I could tell this was more than a 'normal job' would entail having obviously not been done in many many years. A big plus for me was that they used an all natural disinfectant in the ducts afterwards made of Thyme and other essential oils that kill mould and mildew, my place smells amazing and I feel great knowing it is really clean. Our home is quite old (built approximately 1915 apparently) and has been neglected by the previous owners for about 10-15 years, so basically everything needs attention. They were pet owners too, which just adds to our cleaning. We had to go with the Silver Package due to our budget but we'll definitely be in touch in a couple years for the full package. The work they did was very thorough on our vents and when I explained a problem area within our air return they made sure to concentrate their efforts to clear it of all debris. It took a couple attempts at clearing the vent because of the wires that had accumulated the pet hair and everything else but they were able to get it.
