I got estimates from several flooring companies. Nate, of Orozco Flooring, provided me the most detail and information about my flooring project highlighting potential problem areas, material selection and going into specifics on how the work would be completed. He answered all my questions. He is very straight-forward, honest and knowledgeable. Since I was remodeling my home and the house went through various stages of completion, he came back a few times to answer additional questions and was easily accessible by phone. I signed a contract with him electronically and all billing is handled electronically which is nice. His pricing was competitive and inclusive of all material costs. He picked up the flooring materials from the distributor and brought them over. His crew was here around 9am everyday and worked until 4-5pm. They would let me know when they're leaving for lunch- not that I requested/expected this but it's worth pointing out. I have worked with many contractors and some of them work at varying hours each day and it can be tedious to call them and ask when they are coming in. This was never an issue with Orozco flooring. I like the way the team works. They placed blankets down on heavy traffic areas, cleaned up after themselves and left their tools in one area. They work very efficiently and methodically from one corner of the house to the other. They take pride in their work and make sure that you are satisfied with the finish overall and in specific areas such as near edges. I also asked them to install baseboard which they did an excellent job with. Overall the installation is very clean and looks great. On the last day I realized that I should have asked them to add flooring inside the entrance closet- I mentioned it to them and they added the flooring with the baseboard at no charge. One floor panel was also damaged moving a frige (not their fault) but they replaced that panel as well at no charge. There were a few areas in other closets that it wasn't possible to place baseboard in so they cut a t-molding strip to provide a clean finish. They really go above and beyond to make sure you are fully satisfied with their work. I highly recommend them and will definitely do business with them in the future. read more

Orozco is the real deal and what every contractor experience should be like! Nathan and Brandon are both extremely good at communicating, low pressure, up front, and do EXCELLENT work. In my project I had Orozco work on: - Carpet, tile, and thinset removal - Sealing the slab with epoxy - Installation of vinyl planking - Carpet installation - Custom staircase with vinyl planking - Baseboard and molding installation Every detail was done carefully, completely, and came out very nicely. I'm thrilled with the new floors, they look amazing and the project came together exactly how I hoped. I had multiple other flooring contractors vanish or fall through before I contacted Orozco. When Brandon and Nathan came out to bid they immediately felt "right". They went through the whole house, talked with me about what I wanted, and pointed out several complications I hadn't thought of (and that the other flooring companies didn't either). They provided a quote very quickly with every detail as a separate line item that they were happy to discuss and adjust one by one. During the project I changed a few decisions and Nathan immediately provided an updated price and new invoice. All of the pricing was very reasonable and fair. After being burned by others I was honestly still skeptical until the day the work started. The crew showed up and they were all extremely polite and professional and I knew the floors were going to come together. They rolled in and got right to work and got a huge amount done in the first day. Nathan and Brandon stayed in touch via text and phone calls throughout the project so I always knew what was going on. When we ran into weird issues (damp slab from all the rain) they called and talked through options, and just took care of it. The whole house was done quickly and came out better than I hoped. Nathan did a custom staircase for us, building the stair noses himself to make sure it looked great. He did a FANTASTIC job and actually seemed to enjoy the challenge and creativity required to pull it off. If you're looking for flooring just give these guys a call, they will take great care of you. I could not be happier with my experience with Orozco, seriously zero complaints! Thanks guys! read more

Man what an AMAZING EXPERIENCE. My wife and I have been debating on upgrading our flooring for some time. We got several quotes from different company's big and small. Orozco Flooring beat them all not just by their prices yet the dedication they showed and willingness to work and communicate with us throughout the whole process. We came upon a few major hick ups due to the previous owners that had the floors done. Yet even with all that Orozco Flooring made it all right. They made a plan to tackle ALL the situations that came up and communicated everything to us with multiple possible options. The best part besides the communication was their ability to work with us to save money WITHOUT CUTTING CORNERS. You definitely DON'T get that with the big businesses. As you're just another number to them imo. With Orozco Flooring they make you feel like family, never just trying to pinch more money for the project. read more

Natanel cam to my house for a project work to replace carpet and for vinyl flooring. He took all the measurements and confirmed to get back in few days with the quote. It's been 3 weeks and he did not even bother to respond. When I pinged him , he asked my name and then he became silent as usual. So, I waited patiently. Finally, I decided to leave the feedback as in spite of multiple request, he does not care to respond. A very unprofessional thing. Don't go via this contractor. It's a waste of time read more

Professional, knowledgeable, courteous and prompt service. The Orozco Flooring team (Nathaniel & Brandon Orozco) provided an on-site quote and scheduled work for the following week. The team handled removal of existing carpet and an older tile floor below. Prepped and sealed the floor and then installed porcelain faux-wood plank floors with tight grout lines (1/16"). The installation included blending the planks from two tile orders, achieving a seamless transition with the connecting hallway, and installing new baseboard trim. We are very pleased with the end result and recommend Orozco Flooring. read more

I contacted Orozco Flooring to have some scratches repaired in a hardwood floor. Nathan responded, came out with his son to give me an estimate. I asked for him to give me a few days to figure out what I was going to do and then after I contacted him to hire him for the job, he ghosted me completely. Very unprofessional. read more

I usually get stressed out whenever I have to request a quote or when I have to get any work done at my house, my husband is very demanding as a customer, not to mention that he always has to have the best deals. When I contacted the Orozco's, they made the whole process of replacing the floors easy and stress free. My husband was very satisfied with the work, the personal attention and most of all the price. I am so relieved and also very happy with my new beautiful floor. read more

Recently had my floors redone, and chose Orozco over a couple other companies for a couple reasons. At all points of contact, I got all of my questions answered without hesitation. They met me up in north county multiple times before completion, and again came out to do a final walk through with me. read more

Nate and his family did a great job of installing our LVP and their pricing was competitive compared to the other bids we received. They were able to help move our furniture and picked up our flooring material from the warehouse. All were very friendly and treated our home with respect, and were very transparent about answering questions and setting expectations. As a bonus, when we thought our dog had gotten out of our yard, Brandon jumped in his truck to help us look without any hesitation! (It turned out that he was just hidden in the yard after all, oops!) I am happy to support this family business and would gladly contact Orozco flooring again for any other projects. read more

I've had Orozco repair damaged flooring twice, first because of a massive plumbing disaster and then termites. I was very impressed that they were able to replace a pretty large area of flooring in the most highly trafficked area of my house without it being obvious that the floor had been replaced. I was skeptical, but they did a great job. Having spent about 20 hours with these guys, I also wouldn't hesitate to leave them in my home when I'm not there. The integrity of their work speaks for itself. read more
