I appreciate their reasonable fees and willingness to work within the timeframe of the project. In preparation of the project, I reached out to several electrical contractors describing the job and requesting an estimate. Most of the communication consisted of leaving a voicemail or filling out a form on their website. Less than half of the companies responded back, confirming that it is difficult to find a company willing to do "small jobs". Thank you Imperial Electric for providing excellent service.

I put on my left signal to get in their lane and whoever was driving sped up. I sped up a little faster, to change lanes, and it was as if they were trying to race me. It was definitely intentional that whoever was driving did not want me in front of them. When they passed me, going 55 in a 40, I backed off and stayed in my lane as I had a baby in my vehicle.. Every time one of their guys have come to my house, they've been nothing but nice, and always taken the time to explain to me plainly about what's going on. Even the answering service was very nice to me! I've called them out for small issues before, but I went with them for replacing my water and sewer lines to my house. My house is 60 years old, and I'm pretty sure my lines are just as old. I was actually surprised they were the cheapest quote (one local company quoted me $200 more, while another it was $1,000 more!), and if it had been anyone else I would've been worried about the quality of the work. However, they performed the job in a timely manner that day, I had much better water pressure when I got off work, and they even contacted the city to let them know the sewer line under the street was about to go at any minute. Yeah, my neighbors owe me big time. Superior Services is fantastic and will be the only company I will call from now on for my home maintenance needs.
