By keeping the root ball constantly saturated the roots will rot and the plant will die. You have to pay attention to the actual conditions at the base of the plant and not just water regardless. Over-watering is one of the biggest killers of plants in the landscape.

While shopping their website I developed some questions, so I gave them a call. The first person to answer the phone was extremely short, unhelpful, and clearly not thrilled to be doing her job. I was eventually transferred to the steel division, where a very nice employee helped me and did her best to help out. She then transferred me to the hardware division, where I experienced the worst excuse for customer service I've heard in a long while. The guy on the other end barely grunted one word responses, yet somehow managed to have enough attitude to fill a book. He was significantly less motivated than the first lady to provide any help at all. Eventually he simply stopped responding to my questions, total silence.
