My 1st grader has been here for a few break camps and has loved it and asked to go back again. The staff is very nice and the kids seem to learn a lot yet have fun at the same time. I only wish the space was a little bigger and that for the camps esp the longer ones in the summer that they would take the kids out for some outdoor time (i.e. for lunch or a quick break) since they are inside for the whole time in a classroom-like setting. They also host birthday parties so that will be the next thing for us to explore soon...another perk is if your company offers Bright Horizons childcare credit, you can use it here for camp days!

I had this great fear and was easily intimated by the vehicles moving in opposite direction. I started my classes with 911 back in 2014, Ed took my classes and he was a great instructor. I was pregnant at that time and before I could take a test, my baby was already here so It took me 1.5 years to rejoin the school again! I was nervous to start my driving again and started with 10 classes package. Robert (also the owner of 911 redmond) took my third lesson and I wish he had taken all my classes before. All I needed was confidence and from that 1 class I was more than ready to take my test. He said that I do not need any more lessons coz I am good to take the road test. This shows their level of honesty and supportiveness one would expect from their instructors. I took one more class just to analyze myself where I stood and following week took my test and bingo I cleared it! I cannot thank enough Robert for all the confidence he gave me. Inreally think that every student should be given atleast one class with Robert; he is a magician! From all the instructors I got, I really liked Robert, Ed and Rami Lopez. One particular thing that can be improved is the number of different instructors a student gets. I took 4 classes and every time with a new person. It sometimes gets confusing coz every instructor has different style of teaching. It would be really great if you get the same instructor in every class or atleast most of the classes. But bottom line is this school definitely is the best!

These are not the types of people you want any potential driver to be learning from. Seriously, my brother tried getting lessons from them and would come home and have nervous breakdowns. These instructors are idiots and know nothing about safely handling vehicles, and I honestly question who gave them their licenses. 911 Driving School: get your instructors some therapy. That's the real emergency here. These lunatics are on the road and scarring future drivers. I would love to give zero stars.

Good social distancing environment. Located in a clean and neat community, nice building. Far much better than Seattle.

The Scene I was a guest here for a five year old girls birthday from 1-3 PM. The child's class was invited and it was a mix of girls and boys. The format was, sit in a circle, introduce each other, start practicing lyrics and gestures to a song. Kids all go to the bathroom as a group. Eat Pizza / Fruit / Cake. Parents stand in a line behind a table. Performance of two songs. Some observations: Some kids were warmer uppers, like mine. They suggested I could sit in the circle with my kiddo to help her get acclimated. We were 6 minutes late. I did sit for a bit, but had to move to a chair. I did suggest my kid go and talk to a teacher and that seemed to help. There were two boys who kept playing outside the circle and not paying attention and following the rules. I was a bit bothered by this and am not sure what should have happened. 1. I wondered why the parents weren't encouraging their kids to participate. Was it because they were boys? And boys don't need to participate and follow instructions? 2. Why weren't the teachers trying to encourage the boys to participate? Were they assuming that because this was Disney princesses they wouldn't want to? All in all, I can't see everyone ignoring two girls not paying attention and doing their own thing and distracting the group. I feel like boys should be looked after and encouraged just as much as girls. While yes, the parents should have maybe done something, in situations like this, I try not to jump in, and assume the people who are being paid to run a two our event can work to include everyone. Loved that they had all of the kids go to the bathroom. Smart. One of the teachers seemed new, and didn't quite know the songs, she was looking at the more experienced teacher most of the time for guidance. I could see this made the students not know if they should look at her, or look at the obvious leader. Thought they could have done one dress rehearsal before showing the parents. Only one boy participated out of a group of aprox 25. 5-6 boys stood there. To me, this is a failure of inclusion.
