I booked for a warmup session along with the actual road test…read more When I arrived, I was swiftly greeted by my instructor/proctor, given a few forms to fill out, and went onto the road. My instructor (CYH) was very good. During the warmup session, he gave me very insightful tips and advice. He pointed out my weaknesses and helped me correct bad habits. We practiced many elements multiple times that would be in the actual test, such as parallel parking, reversing, etc. During the actual road test, I was a little bit nervous but the instructor/proctor put me to ease very quickly. He conducted the test with integrity and professionalism. Although I am a seasoned driver from Canada, I understand that there are subtle traffic law differences here in Washington so I truly believe the warmup session helped me pass. Overall, I'm really glad I chose this driving school. I did so because of the overwhelmingly positive google reviews. I did not want to support poorly reviewed and unscrupulous businesses (sadly there's only a couple of schools near downtown Seattle) that take advantage of vulnerable immigrants. This school, in my opinion, is worth traveling to even if you live in far away. At least you are sure that they are aboveboard and you well receive quality instruction.

He just evaluated her based on the warm up and failed her based on some mistakes that she had done during that time. In the end when the warm up was done, we came to know that the test was also already over. Both me and my wife were shocked since Sam never informed my wife before starting the test. Overall we had paid $320 for the 1 hour warm up and test. It was just an utter waste of such a large amount of money. During the warm up, he had also called me and asked me if I wanted to take any additional driving lessons for my wife with him. He said that there were some gaps in her driving and that it would take additional lessons to fix those. And for that I would have to again pay him $160 more for a 1 hour lesson. I had already paid him $320 before for the warm up and test. So we refused for any additional lessons. Such a sham!! I feel that if we had agreed to pay the extra money and take the extra lessons then he would have informed my wife before starting the test and also passed her. But because we didn't he had already made up his mind from beforehand that he would fail her and hence did not even inform her before starting the test and just failed her based on some random mistakes during the warm up. Also my wife told me that before the warm up, he had intentionally disconnected our car's dashcam. Now that we think about it, the reason why he had done that is so that his voice does not get recorded in it. So that later we cannot file a complaint against him with proof. He is a corrupt instructor and his driving school should be immediately shut down.

Friendly people who give amazing service!…read more This place came highly recommended by a friend so I took my uncle here for his driving test. Our biggest issue was that he couldn't speak English well, but his proctor, Niykee, eliminated that barrier by using hand signals instead. She spent time going over motions and hand signals with my uncle, to make sure both parties understood each other before going out on the drive. Really great service and caring instructors!

The agents over the phone named Ryan and Lucas are very helpful. You have to book and pay first over their website and the agents will help you through the process. For the actual test, my husband mentioned that the instructor/test agent is very nice! (Her name is Kim by the way) Though he is very nervous, she made him calm and confident. After the test, she went over the mistakes and discussed it with him. Disclaimer: My husband passed the test. Tip: If you can bring your own car (which you have been using for practice) will be the best option for the test. Remember: cars accelerates and decelerates differently. Gist: the more familiar you are with the car for the exam, the higher chance of passing! One more thing, mistakes accumulates and hurts your grade. So, practice practice practice. Goodluck!

My 4th class was with Logan McCleerey and he made my journey that much easier. Logan gave me great tips and constructive feedback. He is gave me plenty of confidence boosts. It was a key to my success as I am a nervous driver. For my road test and warm up class, he went outside his schedule and accommodated me. I greatly appreciate that. Logan is the best. That being said, all the staff and instructors at 911 are awesome. I'd recommend the school a 100% and Logan a 1000%

We were also told that the knowledge test and driving test would be free, that they would provide transportation to the driving test, and that they would help schedule the driving test appointment once my child completed the course. After my child finished the course, we were told to pay for both the knowledge test and the driving test, which was completely different from what we were promised. This was very disappointing. In addition, the staff were rude and unprofessional when we asked questions. Clear communication, honesty, and respect for customers are essential, and unfortunately, we did not experience that. Many of their clients are immigrants or people whose first language is not English. Everyone deserves to be treated fairly and with respect, regardless of their background or language. I hope the school improves its customer service and is more transparent about its pricing and services so future students know exactly what to expect. I wish I had read the reviews before enrolling my child in this driving school. If I had, I would have chosen a different school--or simply taught my child myself.

The 30 minute one-on-one lessons were ideal for reviewing my progress and expanding my skills as I became ready. I also appreciated that the school provides a blank lesson book that my teacher and I could write in to establish what to practice between lessons (otherwise I would forget). I attended the Redmond location and had Colt as my teacher. He is a skilled musician but also patient and non-judgmental which is exactly what I needed from a teacher of such a precise art form. I unfortunately had to stop my lessons due to busy life constraints but when I'm ready to resume the practice I will definitely return to 4/4! PS: The Redmond location has a decent amount of parking right in front of the building which I always find to be helpful.

My 8 yr old is taking lessons with Jaime, and she is very patient and explains why things have to be done a certain way, which my daughter really likes. It helps her better understand what the exercises want her to achieve. Jaime is also starting to teach her some advanced bow techniques, which make her feel so 'grownup'.
