Let me tell you something about this place. I tried with a therapist who while I was in crisis…read morewouldn't even email me much less call me after I reached out to him. Not only that, I heard through the grapevine that he wasn't a therapist at all but a life coach. I probably should have stopped seeing him right then but that's on me. Then there was the psychiatrist . I had a difficult time with him because I wasn't getting better and he wouldn't adjust my medication. He then suggested that I go to IOP. I had told him earlier explicitly that I would never enter an IOP or hospital again. It's a trigger for me and he knew it. All I needed was a medication adjustment. He seemed inexperienced at times. He seemed to give up on me and so did the therapist/life coach. Like they got to a certain point and just stopped wanting help me. That after a certain amount of time they'd done all they could do. And there was a lot more to be done. So that was the end of Regional Psychiatry for me.

Dr jeter and his staff have always been very professional and kind . I'm not sure what the other reviewers wanted but the staff is amazing. I travel a lot internationally and they work with me to get my scrips and continued care.Dr Jeter is really an excellent doctor and very empathetic during our conversation. His assistant is also so caring and sweet . The office doesn't accept my insurance, so I pay private . It's expensive but I feel that the quality of care justifies the cost.

And, his office manager doesn't belong in a psychiatry office ...it really isn't appropriate for her to tell a concerned family member reporting suicidal ideations that "you need to learn boundaries".
