Normally, I'd go to Sweetwater Car Wash in Apopka next to the Wawa yet it isn't a Sweetwater any more nor does it still offer interior cleaning services. I received good customer service from the two gentlemen that scanned me in. When I drove around to receive the interior and additional exterior services, a ticket didn't print at check-in, and they had to confirm with the two original gentlemen. Once confirmed, I went inside to send a few emails. The waiting area is really nice. The additional services happened in no time. Because I was rushing to get on the other side of town, I didn't review the work as I normally would. While every was nice and I appreciated the fast service, I didn't appreciate the mediocre interior and external services. I'm willing to try them one more time and ensure a receipt ticket is provided to me. I'll also check to ensure the services of which I paid are completed. The parts they vacuumed and cleaned were great. That's what made the areas they didn't do noticeable. Because the services and team members weren't bad - and because offering interior services is less available across Central Florida -, I'm willing to try them again.

My inquiry was sent to 5 other companies and I went with Drip Clean because of their professional, fast response to my inquiry, ability to come to my home and their competitive pricing. They arrived at 9am this morning and are now just finishing up at 1:30pm! They did an incredibly thorough job- more than I could have ever done myself, to help me prepare to cart around my newborn during COVID times. They brought everything they needed to clean my car- just used my external power outlet and water supply (but they have a generator and I think they can even bring the water if needed). They are extremely experienced and just all around nice people. I will go with them again in the future if I need to have a car detailed.

George his Detailer installed new leather seats I had purchased to replace the old one that had cracked. I thought I could do that job myself but when I read about how detailed it is with the connected airbags and the seat disassembly I decided to call a professional. Drakes gave a great quote and they did fantastic work. I even had them do a showroom detail while I was there and the car now looks like it just came off the lot. With the replacement seats up front and the newly cleaned and conditioned rear it looks amazing. I just need to break the front seats in a bit because I had not removed them from the box to let them flatten. By the way Blanca the leather seamstress does incredible work. Before you buy anything online to install you should stop to see what she can do. It's very reasonably priced and exceptional quality. For the exterior George was great! His buffing detail was amazing and he even touched up a couple of paint chips with the tiny little brushes that he has. A gentleman stopped by to get gas at the adjoining Sunoco service station and he walked over to see how my car was turning out. He had a 2014 Chevy SUV that was black like mine with heavy oxidation. He couldn't believe how new my paint looked after the claybar and buff. And it was even before the full wax. He said he'll be back next week. BUT..., and I do take some responsibility for the result…read more Even though my bank sent me a letter stating I was approved for another vehicle, I was told that I wasn't approved for the one I chose. So, Sanford Infiniti approved me for a later model vehicle with a higher payment than I wanted. I was told that it was involved in only one side scrape incident, but that wasn't true. The mileage was high enough for it to be scheduled to be crushed, I didn't know that until months later. It was dirty inside, brakes were bad, etc. I've had one problem after another since I got it which is unusual because I've never had problems with the previous Infiniti vehicles that I've owned or driven. A few of the issues were handled by the sales manager after I complained, but overall, I'm extremely displeased at the overall outcome. Why wasn't a different model such as the QX60 offered ? Why didn't I just walk out when they offered a lower trade in value for my car or when I saw the high mileage or the payment amount? That's where I messed up, but even the thought of selling me the crap vehicle that now rides like an old school bus is at the very least disenchanting. My next vehicle will be an Infiniti because it's my vehicle of choice, however, where I purchase the next one is to be determined still.
