After paying we enter the car wash and an employee is there to soak our bumpers again of love bugs. Into the dark tunnel were some pretty LED lights and colorful foam that covered our car. There was lots of suds, so good sign! The scrubbing part is gently and not too heavy. The car was dried adequately after exiting. You can pull into a spot to further detail your car. There is free vacuum, window cleaner, clean towels, and air brush. After inspecting the car, there were no pollen left and the car was clean with no water spots.
