I arrived early for an 11am appointment. I was admitted to the red light therapy room about 10 minutes late, which I felt was reasonable. The location has only one red light therapy room, however, so I believe that the person with an appointment after me had to wait about 15 minutes longer than scheduled, and the person after that about 20 minutes. Scheduling is an opportunity for improvement. The Red Light Therapy is offered using an eight panel, dual directional set up, in a private room. It worked well, and I liked being able to have my audio-book playing in the background. Standing during red light therapy was a new experience for me, and I think it would have been tedious if I had not had my audio book playing. The standing therapy is effective, but it is not as relaxing as lie-flat red light beds.

As a walk in, that was my decision. The second time I made an appointment in advance, and arrived 5 minutes before my scheduled time. After 20 minutes I hadn't been taken to the dressing room yet so I let the attendant know I had a somewhere else to be an hour after my scheduled appointment. About 10 minutes later they took me to my dressing room. I then waited in that room for about 10 minutes listening to a large group of people who were also waiting to do cryo. I ended up leaving without my treatment because I couldn't wait any longer. All in all what should have been 30 minutes total (including driving) ended up being a 2 hour waste of my day. I'd say check it out if you like cryo, but only when you have plenty of time.

When she finally came out, she seemed strung out. I chose my IV therapy and could tell right away that the nurse was not going be good at injecting the needle. She appeared nervous, talking to herself and missed three veins. I've never had anyone miss my veins for blood draws or IVs. Then, she offered to keep trying! No thanks! Nobody seemed super concerned that I walked out with three bandages and no service. The two people at the front desk literally said nothing to me. What a strange and disappointing experience.
