Upon…read morearrival, I completed a quick check-in and waiver before being escorted to a private room equipped with an infrared sauna, cold plunge bath, and a shower with vitamin C-infused water. The room also included thoughtful touches like all the essentials you might need, two bottles of artesian water in a mini fridge, and a cool lavender-scented towel - which was honestly my favorite part. The atmosphere was incredibly clean, peaceful, and relaxing, and the staff were attentive, welcoming, and helpful throughout the visit. The 40-minute private session gave me enough time to complete three rounds of sauna and cold plunges before finishing with a refreshing shower. This was my first private contrast therapy experience, as I usually attend guided group sessions. I really enjoyed the privacy and spa-like atmosphere, though I personally prefer a much hotter sauna experience. The sauna reached about 160 degrees, while I typically enjoy temperatures closer to 200+, so the intensity wasn't quite what I'm used to. Even so, it was still a refreshing and enjoyable session overall. Next time I'd like to try the Cryotherapy, which I hear is one of their most booked sessions!

Especially the front desk Kat who was assuming I was arguing with her and said she made the appointment and never told me my appointment was in Zephyrhills but she confirmed it twice. So I would expect that I would be next to get in but I am still waiting.
