On top of that he told me I needed Vicodin to be able to go through the first week. I heard about hyperbaric chamber's through a friend so I decided to go. YOLLO wellness explained everything to me very thorough way that I can comprehend it. As I got in to the hyperbaric chamber all of the staff is very helpful and nice and accommodating how many pillows or blankets you need to stay comfortable in the chamber. My first session was the day after I broke my back and I went in for three hours. I was finally not as stiff and could sit up. I did not need any harsh medications seeing as I'm not a very big medication person. My first week after the accident I could finally walk around through out a normal day but I wasn't as winded. I described to take a break from the hyperbaric chamber seeing as I was doing so good in my opinion. Mrs. Wendy Law explains to me that I didn't break my pinky I broke my back so it would take longer then I thought to "get back on the horse". I am now three weeks after the fracture and I am still going to Yollo. We are trying "the chair". Now when I first heard about "the chair" I was kind of skeptical but, I thought I would give it a try seeing as that my muscles were tensing up around the area that I broke my back. I was only in the chair for an hour. The chair is helpful for pain in general. I didn't need to pay for a timely and costly massage. All in all they Yollo team has put me on a program that works for me and is helping me heal at a rapid pace with excellent results.
