You are welcomed with a caring and efficient staff. I originally met with Dr. Kazil who genuinely cares about her patients and had a unique Insurance scenario and they were extremely accommodating. I was then fortunate enough to have Dr. Denise Baker be in charge of my care. I have never met a kinder Physician in my time on this planet. She is competent and very thorough. The surgical results exceeded my expectations. Dr. Baker gave me all the time I needed for wound care education and questions. Seriously, she spent more time with me than all my Dr. appts' over the past few years combined... another rarity! I would not hesitate for a second to refer anyone to this exceptionally experienced quality practice.

I had a treatment done on my face, which I had done many times with other providers and never had any issues. The day after the procedure I had burns and blisters all over my face, which became infected. Francesca, purposely burned my face, and gave me 3rd degree burns. After the procedure, she asked if I was allergic to Sulfa, which is used for burns, I'm allergic to it, and I wasn't given an alternative prescription until 5 days later, and if she had bothered to look in my file, she would have seen that I was allergic to it. Dr Lackey is no better, he can't tell the difference between an infection and an allergic reaction, and relies on cultures, which don't always work. After seeing them for a month, I wasn't improving, I had to go to a dermatologist, as soon as he saw me, he gave me all the proper medications. The dermatologist confirmed everything Dr. Lackey and Francesca prescribed me and were telling me to do was wrong. Because of the burns I have an inch long scar on one side of my face, a ¼ inch scar on the other side, and a 1/2 inch scar on my chin. The shape of my nose has changed, and my face will never look the same. Save yourself the grief and misery and go to a dermatologist or plastic surgeon who are properly trained, I wish I had. Also, their vein treatments are not effective, they wrap you in an ace bandage afterword, that does nothing, every other provider uses compressions stockings after sclerotherapy treatments. Their total business in a scam, and takes advantage of patients, this business, along with all four of their locations should be shut down.

I received conflicting instructions on my pre-procedure prep from 3 different office staff members only to later learn, all three were incorrect. With the number of these procedures managed by this office, I don't understand how, nor why, the talk track is not the same based on the procedure scheduled. The staff were ill informed of the actual procedure I was having and provided me instructions based on that misinformation. Add to that the terrible abrasive attitude of one particular employee whose customer service skills were lacking and less than welcoming and engaging. Fortunately, both Monica and Leslie were amazingly kind, patient and compassionate, and my procedure went well. But my take away is this, if you must use this service provider, confirm and reconfirm and confirm one more time, to ensure you get the correct answer for the right procedure. After that, Monica and Leslie will take great care of you. You just got to get there.
