Overpriced
I signed up to become a member for me and my husband. Then on May 27, I told them I could no longer afford to pay for their services. They tell me "we can't cancel but we will put a Freeze on your account for 3 months ". Now three months are up and now they say payments to your membership will resume. I tell them NO do not charge my account I've already communicated I want this cancelled. They send a form to be filled out but there is really no way to cancel because they want to charge you another 30 days. So once you fill out this form they have you "legally" responsible for this new charge. This was their response
"If you wish to properly close the account, Ileana, you will need to retract your dispute with us as this dispute will put your account into a state of delinquency. That was a permitted charge on our end as a 30 day notice is required upon canceling which requires a final payment to be made.
Please refer to your signed membership agreement with us."
If your services are good people will come back you don't have to force the service on anyone. read more
