I brought my car to them to have it detailed and asked for the $200 service, and they said they…read morewould wash the outside as well if I gave them a 5 star review. It was dark when I picked it up, and the interior is black, so I couldn't see much. The next day, I went to check it out and found places where there was dust they clearly missed on the back seats. Although they supposedly 'washed' the outside, they didn't touch the wheels. I spent one and a half hours vaccuming after their 'detail' job to get the dirt out of the carpet. They get rave reviews on google because they will throw in the exterior 'wash' for free if you give them 5 star reviews. If your car is really filthy, you will likely notice a difference, but if your car is somewhat clean, aside from getting most of the dust off, you are not going to notice a difference. I highly cannot recommend, and they are not cheap. For the $200 I expected flawless but all I got was kinda clean.

Chris has been in business since Garden City was a little seedier. They are OG Idaho residents. I called, asked for a quote for the interior of my car and I got a quick response. I booked it for 10 days down the road and took it in. My 4Runner headliner was A MESS from dust, water and who knows what being sucked in through the back window. Headliner looks great, carpet restored to new, vinyl looks amazing, and the tired leather has it's original luster. Go see Chris and his team, they did a fantastic job. He even offered me a ride home when I thought I'd have to use Uber, so I added a little "thank you" to his fee.

We ended up getting the ceramic tint. For all our windows, it took about 3 hours. They gave us this time estimate and really did call us back to let us know it was finished at 3 hours on the dot. While we were waiting we walked quite far down the road before finding a crosswalk and making our way to the greenbelt! Really great service and I was surprised on how reasonably priced their services are! You don't notice how many people have tinted windows until you get your car tinted and I highly recommend coming here to do so!

I'm extremely disappointed in my experience with Idaho Express Detailing and the owner Dustin…read more I scheduled an interior detail of my car including carpets cleaned and was quoted $300 for 3-4 hours of work. It was supposed to include a carpet clean so I asked him to give the front carpets a little TLC and that he didn't have to steam clean the floor carpets in the backseat. He was supposed to be there several hours so I was going to leave work in time to meet him there to check out the job and pay him but he called me an hour and a half into the job and said he was done. He said my carpets look great and he wanted to get paid. I took it in good faith that he had cleaned my car like we had talked about so my husband paid him $300 cash. When I got home and checked out the cleaning job, I was mortified. He didn't clean the interior of my car at all. He forgot to vacuum a lot of it, and didn't put any cleaner on my carpets, he just steam cleaned them. I paid for a full service and what I got was a front floor carpet clean for $300. I got a hold of the owner told him I was disappointed and that I wanted either him to come back and finish cleaning it or give me back half my money. He said he would call me on Friday and I never heard back from him. I texted him again yesterday and asked him to come back and finish cleaning my car and I still have not heard back from him. He made mention that he was going to take my cash and go get a new tattoo which he obviously did in lieu of cleaning my car. Highly disappointed in the treatment I got from this business owner and even more disappointed in the service I received. These pictures are after I paid $300 to have my car cleaned. I would NOT recommend Idaho Express Detailing to anyone.
