However, what I'm hoping you will understand is that you never returned my call or email to let me know what you see. There was no effort to explain to me what was going on until I posted to Yelp. If there was no communication, how was I to know what my options were? Update: after Stephanie's response, I still find myself wishing this problem could have been solved when I contacted the business directly. In July I went to claim my Groupon, but it said I already booked and had my massage session (I never did). On 7/27 I emailed the studio m asking about the issue (included a screenshot as well) and never heard back. Then, on 8/3 I called and left a voicemail and again never heard back. Extremely disappointed in the customer service and the fact that I lost my money.

Stephanie was very responsive to my preferences for pressure and extra work on a couple areas that were troubling me. It was enjoyable and I walked out feeling much better. In what world is that an appropriate conversation to have at your work? Especially given the profession...
