I have been coming here for several years, usually for foot/leg massage, occasionally body massage. Last week I had a body massage for which I undressed, removed my necklace and (expensive) watch. After I got back home I realized I never put my watch back on. Called and of course they didn't find it. Went back there, searched under the beds, so did the masseuse and nothing. They said there had been no one else after me. After insisting it must be there, miraculously the masseuse "found it" in an area that I hadn't been in. Disappointed. I had originally asked how much it would be for a 30min massage on my upper back which the lady in the front said $25. I then proceeded to get my massage which was amazing. But when it came down to paying she changed her pricing to $35. Then asked if I was leaving a tip which I then gave her a $5 but wanted to give the guy extra cash. Then then said it's 20% of tip which I then gave her a 10. She was weird about it and questioned as to why I was giving a $10 like it wasn't enough. read more

For the price, this place will blow you away. My mom and I come at least once every few months for an hour long foot reflexology session ($45) and it still shocks me how great the session is for the cheap price. Any time I have a rainy afternoon in Westchester, a 60 minute session here always comes to mind. I sometimes come to Oriental Foot Reflexology for foot massages, but I most recently went for a full body massage. The massage itself was good, but the technician was wearing headphones that were very loud and distracting. Additionally, the gentleman at the front desk was having a very loud conversation that could be heard in the massage area. I'd consider going back maybe while wearing my own headphones. The people are nice, but the relaxing spa atmosphere is absent. read more

Disappointed. Foot reflexology was really just rubbing cream on my feet. No pressure points were pushed. And then it concluded with a 15 minute back rub that was really just pushing on my back. I've been coming here for the past 4 years and the service has been the same since day 1, which is incredible. I've been to a lot of reflexology places and this one is by far the best literally. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and professional!! The owner is caring and ensures every single customers leaves happy with the way she has established her business and her employees. Every single worker there massages the same way it's just PERFECT!!! The place is quiet, dark, relaxing, again just PERFECT!!! This place is one everyone should try because you will never find a place like this!! Clean and a great value. I came in here looking to do a 1 hour massage 1/2 hour foot and 1/2 hour back, but they indicated that only a 30minute spot was available. I asked for a 30 minute foot massage. They take you into the back where they conduct all the massages..in an open dim lit area.The chairs for the foot massages are massive and comfortable. AFter you take off your shoes/socks and roll up your pant legs, they soak your feet in warm water. I assume they put stuff in the water to help sanitize and deodorize the feet. As this happens, the masseuse gives you a neck massage. Once the soak is done, they work on your feet and calves. The experience was very relaxing. I really enjoyed how cheap it was too. Definitely need to come back here more frequently to unwind and de-stress. read more

So, I've been coming here for a few years and I loved it..up until today. I still loved the massage, but how I was treated after I paid left me feeling displeased and honestly angry. I called a few hours prior asking how late they were open and if I could make an appointment. The lady on the phone seemed to not understand that I was asking for a 60 minute lavender foot reflexology, but upon saying it a couple times, she finally repeated it back correctly. 7 o'clock comes along and I arrive, get settled, and the massage begins. It was wonderful, but I did notice about a quarter way in that there was no lavender being used. When time came to pay, they charged me $40, which is the normal 60 minute reflexology without lavender (I was pleased that they hadn't tried to charge me for the lavender massage). I paid with card, gave the woman at the register a $20 and asked for $10 back so she could give the woman who had done my feet the other $10. Everything was fine until I was a block away and they were CHASING me down, claiming that I had left no tip. I looked at the woman who had been at the register and told her that I had handed her a $20 and only asked for $10 back. She continued by saying she hadn't given me $10 back, but had handed me back the $20 (which I know for a fact she didn't). I repeated again that I only had a $10 in my wallet, in which her response was, "Well, check then." I said, "What do you mean, check? You handed me back a $10 and..." (I dropped my bag on the sidewalk so I could retrieve my wallet to prove my point) As I'm reaching for my wallet, the woman from the register just waved her hand at me shaking her head no and walked away with the other woman -- who had looked at register lady at some point and said, "Ten?" in a way that made it seem like she was unhappy with the amount I left her. The whole thing was weird, and I don't appreciate being chased down and accused of not tipping after I had just paid, or the fact that the woman I left the tip for acted as thought it wasn't good enough. I think it's safe to say I'll be finding a new massage place. read more

I hesitate to even write a review for fear that others will discover this place and it will become impossible to get a reservation (which btw, I recommend you call ahead. If you walk in you may wait), but they deserve a good review. Wonderful experience if you have never have had a foot massage plus Body Work for 90 Minutes. I came here with 5 friends last night and am considered a "Newbie" but not any more since I am going to make this my once a month treat to my aching feet ;) that need to be treated with kindness. They took us into the back room with lightly dimmed red glowing lights, soft music and large white lounge chairs and massage tables - I was surprised that the room was so large. I had an Asian man who was very respectful and who was very gentle to my feet and body. I love the part when he soaked my feet in warm water, but don't worry about germs because the bucket is wrapped in plastic and is changed with each new customer. The staff was friendly and the place was clean. They do give you a card that they stamp, so if you come back after a few times you get a Free Foot massage. There is street parking, they do not have their own parking lot but you should not have a problem finding a spot. All and all, If you have never had a foot message you should try it at at least once in your lifetime but come to this place - put this on you "Bucket List" you will not be disappointed. read more

I'm sure these guys are quite good but I'll never know. We had a very odd experience. I called in advance. I was told if I come in now, I don't need an appointment so two of us came righin. We waited less than 5 minutes up front then brought into the back. We took our coat, shoes and socks off, relaxed in the chair for several minutes and then asked to leave. We got nothing. At a minimum, I would have expected they would have given us an apology and an incentive to return. A few dollars off on another visit, maybe a massage? Maybe there was a miscommunication but it was still a very unpleasant experience on our end and left a very bad taste in my companion's mouth. Update*****March 5 I was contacted by the owner who was very nice and apologetic. She offered us an opportunity to discuss and rectify things. I reached out to my companion (it was a gift) to see if they are willing to give this another try. They haven't responded yet. I always do a 60-minute, full body massage. It's hard-work, and at times challenging to "work through the pain" but I always leave feeling better than when I arrived. If you have back and neck trouble like I do, you will find relief here. Do not expect a pretentious, expensive day spa. You come here to work. Prices are reasonable ($55 for 1 hour + tip) and the bottled water after is a nice touch. They're always very nice and accommodating. No complaints here. Today September 28, 13 My daughter and I each experienced a 1 hour reflexology session and my wife had a 30 minute massage and 30 minute reflexology session. We left very satisfied at a cost of $131.00 + $45.00 ($15 each) in tips. We will return if that tells you something. Also they take reservations and credit cards but prefer tips are in cash. You can't argue with the latter as the company would have to pay the vig on the tip. Also we were allowed to tip the providers directly. I was happy with that as other establishments ask that you leave tip with receptionsist / cashier. I always wondered if the service provider actually got the whole amount. Plentty of parking as the metered parking in the municipal parking lot is immediately next door. Warning-DO NOT park in the ANNIE SEZ -PARTY CITY parking lot, adjacent to the municipal parking lot as it is private property and your car will get towed if you do not patronize ANNE SEZ & or PARTY CITY. No glitz- but it is clean and failrly priced! Massages are over the clothing. Very little converstion, if any, with the service provider was had. Oriental music played over a sound system. Approximately 12 massage tables + 12 lounge chairs occupy the large single room. No partitions - no disrobing. One big roomful of people sleeping, oohhing and ahhing. I tried Oriental Foot Reflexology today with my son, neither of us had tried foot reflexology before. First we entered a beautiful dimly lit room it was so quiet and peaceful all you could hear was soft relaxing music, they quietly show you to your table where you lay down and they skillfully massage and stretch your body. It felt amazing! Then you sit in a recliner, have your feet soaked in warm water while receiving a head massage then a small towel is placed over your eyes that made that made me feel totally relaxed, then the foot reflexology began and it felt amazing. After you sit up and they finished with short a neck and shoulder massage. We each received a bag of ginger candy and bottled water when leaving. This place is total scam!! Do not come here or even consider getting decent service!! I had trouble communicating with the massager or anyone in the store in general since no one speaks decent english to me to understand how the services will be preformed. First, I called and spend almost 30 min confirming one simple appointment for sunday afternoon then on the day of the appointment i was not greeted nor instructed by anyone once i step into the store. I wait almost 10 mins before some old lady came out from the back to ask me if i made an appointment. I was already running out of patience so I asked her to show me where the room is so i can get this over with. Surprisingly, there is no record of my appointment which i spend 30 mins on the phone with the receptionist, so i had to wait another 30 mins in store to get someone else. When finally the massage starts, the old man, which i believe is called Leon, rubbed some sticky oil on my back and just moved up and down my back without applying any pressure at all. Then I requested him to help relax the knot on the shoulder and neck to apply more pressure, but he did not seem to understand so he continue rubbing back and forth which is putting me to sleep. I called quit and just can't wait for this to be over so i ended up paying full price for only 20 mins of oil rubbing, not massaging, on my back! Then it gets better. The day after, my entire back is covered in red rash which horrified me to death, so i went to the doctor and spend another 160 dollar on medicine and doctor fees to clear off the rash. To conclude, I highly recommend anyone who is tempting to try their service to make thorough investigation on what kind of product they are using on you before it is too late!! read more
