I will try to keep this (relatively) short, because honestly I think it is a waste of your time. This is a store you need to experience, not read reviews regarding! It is not only containers, needless to say. It is everything you need for the home, focus on organization. During the holidays, it is a stocking stuffer Shangri-La, a gift wrapping supplies headquarters, the place to make sure your Christmas ornaments and tree are stored safely for next time, your partner in preparing and cooking that family holiday meal, your best friend in the cleaning up the aftermath! For the rest of the year, this store makes sure everything in your abode remains not only organized, but beautifully so; their own wholly owned brands include the impressive elfa®, Avera® and Preston® lines. They have employees ready to partner with you for customization to your every whim and even offer in home services! What more can you ask for? I sound like a commercial for them, but if my 80+ pictures and several videos from one visit because I felt like it prove anything, it is that this is my own pleasure derived from spending a few hours in the store. And if the fact that me taking all these pictures and then not being bothered and being nothing but courteous, ready to assist, and welcoming with me say anything, it is that the service level certainly matches the extensive selection. And although the price point is a tad higher than average and ideal, the experience makes it a worthwhile value. I tried to keep it short, but for real now, quit reading reviews and go experience The Container Store in real life!

A Perfect 10 Stars…read more Closet Connection has exceeded every expectation I had, and I cannot say enough amazing things about my experience. From the moment the owner, Jack, walked through my door, I knew I was in good hands. He was personable, patient, and incredibly understanding of my upcoming wedding and the resources I had to work with. During our consultation, he thoroughly explained every detail of the project and made sure I understood exactly what I was getting. Jack understood the assignment. He designed my dream garage right before my eyes, providing a layout that included everything I needed for a clean, organized, and functional space. He didn't rush, didn't pressure, and was the only vendor who created a full design on the spot and went over the pricing without hesitation. That level of transparency and confidence sealed the deal for me. I also want to give major kudos to my installers, Joe and Dale. They were exceptionally professional, walked me through every step of the installation, and handled the project with skill and care. Their work ethic and attention to detail truly brought Jack's vision to life. Jack, we had an instant connection--you made me feel like a Queen in my castle, and now I have a garage that matches the feeling. I am beyond elated with the final result. Closet Connection is highly recommended, worth every dollar, and absolutely deserving of 10 stars!

The peace of mind we now have from being able to utilize more of our vertical space and stay organized, has already been life-changing! Thank you, Closet Connection!!! Original review: We have not yet started our project, but so far our experience with Jack has been wonderful! He came over to do our consultation and was very thorough with measurements, the discussion of our needs/desires, giving us his expert opinions and creating a beautiful 3D design. He did not pressure us to give him an answer that day and only requested a response within the week to get the best deal. He encouraged us to get other quotes. Not only did Jack give the lowest quote, he was the only consultant that left the designs along with the quote to let us have time to think. From our discussions, it appears that he uses better materials than some other places, and offers a lifetime warranty. We look forward to getting our closets done next month and will provide an update.

I had a storage space that was an absolute nightmare which I needed to get a handle on in preparation for an impromptu out of state move. Spruce Goose's own Jennifer and Kristen came to the rescue. They each worked about five hours straight non-stop, organizing, labeling, sorting, etc. A particularly challenging aspect concerning this job is that the space was very confined and limited so it was like trying to solve and manipulate a giant Rubik's cube. The weather didn't help matters, but that was no deterrent to these gals--they pushed thru like real troopers. They were both very professional and worked efficiently without judgment. Wished I could have had them each another 5 hours or more as this was a particularly big and convoluted job--sorting through years of accumulated items, clothing, tools, supplies, and personal treasures all out most of which were in disarray. The end result, while not totally completed due to time and other constraints was nonetheless satisfactory. My main reluctance to the possibility of using Spruce Goose again would be that their rate$ are very high in my opinion--but then again, if I factor in the value I place on my personal time I suppose they are worth the extra premium! I could have handled this job myself but the emotional and energetic toll extracted would have been significant.

The transformation they brought about in my apartment is truly remarkable and has had a profound impact on my daily life. Before their visit, the sheer volume of clutter and disorganization felt utterly overwhelming, a burden I simply couldn't manage on my own. Now, every space feels revitalized. My linen closets are so meticulously arranged, they rival the immaculate displays you'd find in a high-end home goods store. Similarly, my main closets have been organized with such precision and thought that they feel like stepping into a perfectly curated boutique. And my kitchen, which once caused me stress, now functions with the efficiency and aesthetic appeal of a professional culinary space. On several occasions since their departure, I've found myself looking around at the incredible order they created and have been genuinely moved to tears. To have such a capable, understanding, and compassionate team step in when I needed it most is something I am incredibly grateful for. I truly believe this level of organization and peace would have been impossible for me to achieve independently. Please extend my deepest gratitude to Aubrey, Ken, and Ava for their exceptional skill, dedication, and the significant positive change they have brought to my home.
