I could not figure out where to even begin the process of cleaning out everything. Natalie did a site visit of my place to get a sense of the scope, made a plan, emailed the confirmation including the pricing we had discussed and agreed upon and set a date. I booked an 8 hour session and it was better than anything I could have imagined. She was chill, and kind, but thoughtful and process oriented. I never felt overwhelmed because she always had a plan or reason or next step. There was no pressure to get rid of any particular item. The goal was to find the right place for anything I chose to keep. By the end of the process I had gotten rid of over 40 garbage bags full of stuff (19 donated, 23 trash). The clutter is gone. Every item has a home. I've decided my next step is to redecorate and replace the furniture and I can now do that with a perfectly organized starting point. From the start, Natalie was incredibly helpful and professional. Even before our session, she provided thoughtful tips and guidance that helped us mentally prepare for the process. When she arrived, she took the time to walk through each area of our home, really understanding our daily routines before getting to work. Her approach was meticulous and intentional--she carefully went through each of our belongings, helping us decide what to keep, what to purge, and how to reorganize in a way that made sense for both of us. Not only is our space more functional now, we also feel empowered to keep it that way moving forward with all the learnings Natalie has shared I cannot recommend Natalie enough! She made what felt like an impossible task completely manageable, and we'll definitely be working with her again for any future organization projects. She basically saved our lives following a nightmarish renovation and very stressful move into a house unlivable and covered in boxes. Not only did she morally support me through the process of purging a ton of stuff (and making me feel 100% better about what to keep v. throw out), but she transformed all our closets, guest room, toy room, bathroom and office, including sorting about ten years of paperwork and creating a gift wrapping station in our office closet (no joke). I now have a file cabinet with labels, my kid's toys are organized STILL after a few months out, and I feel light as a feather living and working in my space. I was hesitant to ask for help with things I "could do myself," but as a busy working mom I definitely could NOT have made my home as beautiful, organized and livable as Julia did. We needed a system and had not made space for the baby. I was very frazzled. Nina had a big challenge with us - organize everything into a system that worked for us, and create storage since we didn't want to get a storage unit. We usually don't have people over, especially to inspect everything closely. Nina made me so comfortable that I really felt like she was my friend! Over about 2 days, she made sure I rested while we talked motherhood. I loved it. We felt so comfortable that we went and got burgers at one point. Nina and her team guided us through going through our things to donate (basically being our therapists lol), and took them to donation sites for us. We told her what we needed for each space and what items we used most often to have them easily accessible. Then they went to work. Sorting, folding, organizing, building shelves and enhancing our space. We had some built in elfa shelves and she put them to maximum use. Nina created a storage unit under our bed by using lifts and these great giant cubes for clothes. The best part was them figuring out where we could put our baby's crib and items in our room. I'll never forget Nina's partner building our crib. It was the biggest weight off my shoulders and was such a luxurious and special experience. Nina even came back another day to touch up some places and organize our kitchen cabinets. Everything was transparent price-wise, and I was comfortable with everything purchased. Nina suggested items and then we decided if we wanted them or not, or she suggested alternatives. They were delivered to us and she set it all up. Seamless. This system served as a guide that gave us structure and one less huge thing to take care of during our first year as a family of 3. It allowed us to focus on baby. Her team was on time, cleaned the house from top to bottom, making appliances that the previous owners had left in a filthy state look like new. They came fully prepared with all their own supplies, which made everything so convenient. Every corner of the house was given attention, and it was clear they took pride in their work. From scrubbing hard-to-reach areas to leaving the floors shining, they exceeded all expectations. The photos attached are the most dramatic areas of improvement, but even in the kitchen counters and cabinets that looked decently clean to me before, are now absolutely spotless and look brand new! The pricing was very fair for the exceptional quality of service provided. The cleaning turned out to be more work than expected (I likely hadn't fully conveyed the condition of some harder-to-reach areas in the "before" pictures). But the owner, Patricia, promptly texted me to let me know it would take longer and therefore cost closer to the higher end of the quoted range. She even offered to skip a few rooms in the basement if I preferred to stay more within budget. Her flexibility, professionalism, and understanding really impressed me! From the initial phone conversation through the post-event follow up call they were quick to respond and answered all questions leading up to the big day. I would hire Muffetta's again in a heart beat. Kim was assigned to our event and showed up a few minutes before the agreed upon start time ready and eager to help wherever she was needed. Agreed upon tasks included set up/take down, maintaining the food/drink stations, clean up, and to keep general order. Having Kim there allowed me, my wife, and our families the freedom to enjoy our guests knowing the party was in good hands. Thank you Kim!

    I hired muffetas on about 1.5 months ago to keep my business clean…read more My business is actually a private training gym that has at least 50 people walking through it everyday and we only have 2,500 square feet. Long story short it gets dirty really fast. We have a worker from Muffetta's that comes in once a week from 1-3 pm, to clean our entire gym. She always shows up on time and does a great job. She keeps out of the way of all clients and is very quiet the entire time which makes her almost invisible to us. We only have to vacuum maybe twice during the week after she comes in, which is damn impressive. If you need a cleaning service in white plains that's affordable and does a great job, look no further than Muffetta's!!!!
