Rocco and Zeus showed up early, after having called ahead to let me know they were on their way. They are very professional, efficient, easy to work with, and personable. They got my 1bd apt loaded on their truck in about an hour. We met at the house in Jax and they got me unloaded, with everything in the right place, again, in about an hour. The pricing is fair, TRANSPARENT (no hidden fees or extra add on charges at all), and well worth every single dollar. I've only had excellent experiences with the teams that do the heavy lifting, and the office staff is great. I highly recommend this moving company. They were very efficient and very fast but the woman I spoke with prior to the move ensured me there would be 4-5 wardrobe boxes for all of my hanging clothes, they only brought one. I had to make 3 more trips in my personal car to pick up the rest of my clothes which defeats the purpose of hiring movers. I messaged the woman back on Yelp about this and she left me on read with no offers of a solution for over a year. About a year later I decide to give them another chance and bring up the issue with the wardrobe boxes before. She offers a $50 discount and this time I arrange for 3 people to come and move me from a first floor apartment to a single story home. The most inefficient move I have ever experienced, they took longer to move than when I lived on the third floor and the guys had to wait for the elevator. They moved at a glacial pace and I ended up paying for 3 guys for the same amount of time as it took the first time I moved. On top of all of this they didn't wear gloves or wash their hands so my light furniture has black handprints on it from the moving dust on their hands. One of the guys dragged a piece of furniture and broke off a leg and I watched him use a piece of plastic to wedge the leg back in. Very unprofessional movers in my opinion, only one guy was taking his job seriously and trying to get me moved quickly the other two just lingered around waiting for him to move and package all my things. I didn't see a point in reaching out about the damage or the handprints as the customer service had already proved once your move is complete they could not care less about you. That's not my problem you don't know how to properly delegate work. You either have 3 work for the price of 2, or figure it out before you come but don't call the customer and try telling me I have to pay for 3 when the contract clearly says 2, and then don't get belligerent with me because I'm annoyed you're wasting my time because you screwed up. Lupe also charged me for 4hrs and was adimant I pay for 4hrs (when it was a 3hr minimum) and then didn't even put a refund through. I had to call their customer service and work with a rep to get the refund. God forbid you charge for the 3hrs and then go from there. Anyway, the movers slayed but the management gets a no from me.

They took the legs off the piano when wrapping it for shipment, and placed them with the piano bench. Prior to delivery, they placed it in their "facility" for storage for a few days. When the piano arrived, it was missing the legs and the bench. I have called a few times and have only been told "they're looking for them." Its been nearly a week now. Its just absurd that I only shipped one item, a piano. The bench and legs are part of that piano...my great grandmother's piano. Its heartbreaking. This sort of mistake is a level of incompetence and negligence that is absurd when your paying $3k to have one item moved. I can not fathom how or why they did not store the legs/bench with the piano or pick up the legs/bench with the piano when picked up for delivery. I attached the picture after they removed the legs and placed them with the bench before wrapping and loading. If you want to ensure that your items arrive safe, in tact, and together, do not use this company.
