Rocco and Zeus showed up early, after having called ahead to let me know they were on their way. They are very professional, efficient, easy to work with, and personable. They got my 1bd apt loaded on their truck in about an hour. We met at the house in Jax and they got me unloaded, with everything in the right place, again, in about an hour. The pricing is fair, TRANSPARENT (no hidden fees or extra add on charges at all), and well worth every single dollar. I've only had excellent experiences with the teams that do the heavy lifting, and the office staff is great. I highly recommend this moving company. They are the best I've ever worked with and I've moved a lot over the years. Thank you, Einstein, for another stellar experience.

They were very efficient and very fast but the woman I spoke with prior to the move ensured me there would be 4-5 wardrobe boxes for all of my hanging clothes, they only brought one. I had to make 3 more trips in my personal car to pick up the rest of my clothes which defeats the purpose of hiring movers. I messaged the woman back on Yelp about this and she left me on read with no offers of a solution for over a year. About a year later I decide to give them another chance and bring up the issue with the wardrobe boxes before. She offers a $50 discount and this time I arrange for 3 people to come and move me from a first floor apartment to a single story home. The most inefficient move I have ever experienced, they took longer to move than when I lived on the third floor and the guys had to wait for the elevator. They moved at a glacial pace and I ended up paying for 3 guys for the same amount of time as it took the first time I moved. On top of all of this they didn't wear gloves or wash their hands so my light furniture has black handprints on it from the moving dust on their hands. One of the guys dragged a piece of furniture and broke off a leg and I watched him use a piece of plastic to wedge the leg back in. Very unprofessional movers in my opinion, only one guy was taking his job seriously and trying to get me moved quickly the other two just lingered around waiting for him to move and package all my things. I didn't see a point in reaching out about the damage or the handprints as the customer service had already proved once your move is complete they could not care less about you. Unprofessional tone, calling mid-move to give me updates even though the guys were already there doing the job, and my favorite part was that she tried charging me for 3 men (when I only asked for 2) but 3 showed up. That's not my problem you don't know how to properly delegate work. You either have 3 work for the price of 2, or figure it out before you come but don't call the customer and try telling me I have to pay for 3 when the contract clearly says 2, and then don't get belligerent with me because I'm annoyed you're wasting my time because you screwed up. Lupe also charged me for 4hrs and was adimant I pay for 4hrs (when it was a 3hr minimum) and then didn't even put a refund through. My partner was told by Anh that the crew would arrive sometime Monday afternoon. When the afternoon came and no one showed up, I called the director to ask for an estimated arrival time. He told me they were unloading the truck and would come afterward. Hours passed with no communication. We didn't receive a return call until around 7:30 p.m., when we were told they were still unloading the truck and would not be coming. During that conversation, Anh seemed to have no understanding of the difference between afternoon and evening. He also told us that because this was a "free" revisit, we were not a priority. That statement alone speaks volumes about how this company values its customers and stands behind its mistakes. When we asked if they could come directly to us the following day, we were told no because they had other customers to take care of. The conversation then shifted to blaming us for not loading heavy furniture into the truck ourselves. That is completely unreasonable. We left those items because the movers specifically instructed us to, and given that they had already worked an incredibly long day due to poor scheduling and management, I understand how the items could have been accidentally overlooked. I do not blame the movers. They worked extremely hard and remained professional throughout a very difficult day. The responsibility lies entirely with management. From poor planning and broken promises to a lack of communication, dismissive attitudes, and blaming the customer for the company's mistakes, every interaction with supervisors has been disappointing. This has been, without question, the worst moving experience I have ever had. The moving crew deserves recognition for their hard work, but the supervisors and management have demonstrated little professionalism, accountability, or customer service. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this company to look elsewhere. This version is more likely to be taken seriously by potential customers because it is factual, detailed, and distinguishes the hardworking movers from the management failures.
