Their prices have gone waaay up for flower and gummies. They lack variety in "medicated" snacks and drinks, yet keep expired ones on the shelf long past their due date. I pointed this out to one of the girls behind the counter and she responded "it's not open, so it's fine". This product was a homemade chocolate bar without preservatives-no it's not "fine"! They've changed the minimum purchase prices for both the stamp card and the spinning wheel. The stamp used be $30 but now it's $50, and the wheel used to be around $100, but now it's $200. My final problem with this place is the security guard. There's one guy who mans the door who abuses his authority. The last few times I've come in to see what I want to buy he sets a timer saying it's for 15 minutes for both "searching and purchasing". Every time he's done this is barked orders "you can't stand there kid!", "you gotta keep moving!", "stop touching and reading every product!" when all I've done is smell the samples, read the labels (because I have dietary restrictions, which I've explained to him many times!) and asking the girls behind the counter for a price when their isn't one on a package. He goes between "you have 5 searching minutes left and 2 purchasing minutes left", and "you have 10 minutes before I throw you out and call the cops!" during the same visit. I only spend 10 minutes here, there's no need to time me, especially since he doesn't time anyone else. Male version of a Karen! Mister Karen earlier today gave me an attitude as soon as I walked in to pick up my membership ID. Refused to give it to me because my NYS ID has expired. If that's the actual protocol, then that's fine, but I still expect to be treated professionally, not with passive aggressive eye rolls and having my answer being scoffed at! I don't recommend this place! Their location in Port Jeff is much nicer, has more variety, has better prices, and the guard at the door knows how to treat customers with respect.

So, no - I do not own this mishap. You are quick to craft a YELP response to CYA but you were not quick to show appreciation or respect to this customer of yours for years now. I knew exactly what I wanted - Rove 510 battery. Instead, Moe kept pushing me toward a Fernway battery. I told him what I wanted, but he insisted the Fernway was better. It was more expensive, but I figured maybe he knew what he was talking about. It had a cap, seemed more hygienic, so I trusted his recommendation and bought it. I also picked up a Jaunty Green Crack cartridge. A few days later, something happened that could have been seriously dangerous. The battery was OFF and sitting in my husband's pocket. Suddenly we started smelling something burning. We looked all over trying to figure out where it was coming from until my husband realized his chest was getting hot. We pulled the vape out of his pocket, and the entire glass cartridge had shattered. Oil was everywhere - inside his pocket, all over the battery - and the device was literally sizzling and smoking. We ended up throwing it into a bottle filled with liquid just to stop it from smoking. It was honestly terrifying to think about what could have happened if we hadn't noticed it when we did. That night I went back to the dispensary and spoke to Moe again, and somehow that experience was even worse than the first. He could not have cared less. No concern. No apology. No "I'm so sorry that happened." Nothing. He basically shrugged his shoulders and acted like it wasn't his problem. When I asked to speak with a manager, he told me nobody was available and that it wouldn't matter anyway because they'd just tell me the same thing. Look, I understand products can fail. That's not even what upset me the most. It's the complete lack of human decency. You convince me to buy something I didn't even come in for, charge me more for it, it fails in a way that could have seriously injured someone, and your response is essentially, "Not my problem." You can't even stand behind your own words. At the very least, replace the destroyed products, offer to contact the manufacturer, or show even an ounce of empathy. Instead, I walked out feeling like once they had my money, I no longer mattered. There are so many dispensaries in Queens that actually value their customers. I chose this one on a whim, and it was a huge mistake. Between the pushy sales tactics, the lack of product knowledge, and some of the worst customer service I've experienced in a long time, I will never be back. This experience just left me with such an icky feeling. Do yourself a favor and spend your money somewhere that actually cares about the people walking through the door.
