He was friendly, easy to talk to, and just had a really positive attitude that you don't always see at grocery stores. They keep fairly typical taqueria/taco truck hours in that the kitchen closes after lunch, which is usually around 3pm on weekdays and maybe 4pm on the weekend. Their prices are typical, too.
