I cannot recommend this spa enough! I have been going to Cassi for a few months now for facials to get my acne issues under control. She is so knowledgeable about her services and products and knows exactly what my skin needs, it's never looked better! She does a great job of asking about my concerns with my skin and customizing my treatment to target them. I always look forward to my appointments with her because she makes me feel so comfortable and I know I'm in good hands. Cassi is also amazing with eyebrows and waxing, I trust her with everything. Now that I've found her i will never go anywhere else! The spa also has a super relaxing lounge with a salt room, sauna, steam room, and cold plunge to visit after your appointment to truly feel pampered. Don't forget to ask about the membership! As far as covid-19, they are going above and beyond to implement precautions. Taking temperatures, sanitizing and cleaning after each client, and limiting lounge amenities. It was part of a couples massage, and my wife says that her massage by Brittany was the best she's had. Though a bit pricey, it was worth it. I get waxed every 6 weeks. Been doing it for almost 6 years now. I gave organic elements a try and thought the people were super nice and the facility was pretty nice too. However, I thought the wax was super hot and I said something during my wax but they assured me the temperature was fine. Next day my area was red and burned and the skin was peeling. Don't pay $60 to get your sensitive spots burned, go somewhere else for a Brazilian. read more

We absolutely love the spa here. We're trying out new massage therapists, as our usual shave since moved on. I really like Sarah. We do couples massages semi- often, and have the membership. Which pays for itself every month, and the bonuses and discounts are great. We love the spa area too? Quiet and relaxing. Very refreshing. And the staff are always great, sweet, professional, and don't make you feel like you need to buy a product. It's absolutely worth every penny you spend with them in the massage and spa category. I haven't tried their other options yet(wax,facial,etc) but I'd assume they have high standards there are well. read more

This is a review of the Body Bronzing treatment only. I would give the spa a five star rating for atmosphere and customer service. I would not recommend the body bronzing treatment for a few reasons: The pre-treatment dry brushing is uncomfortable/mildly painful. The lotion is applied by hand and with the esthetician wearing latex gloves, which left streaks once it developed. The esthetician missed several spots altogether. (Left inside bicep, large area on right leg and sides of breasts) The color was a little more orange than I was expecting. I believe that for the money and results air brushing is a much more reliable option. Hand application is difficult anyway and with their application performed with you laying on a message table and in a low light, I think it is just too hard to get consistent even results. read more

I'm only passing through Medford, and needed a massage after closing down a three bedroom house, burying my mama and moving to a new state. Without knowing that Valentines weekend is the busiest weekend for massage people, I tried to book an appointment on Saturday and got in at 4:15. I needed help and the universe sent me Kibray, the angel of healing hands. It can be scary and awkward sometimes walking into a new massage therapist, but Kibray made me feel so comfortable and found the places in my body that needed the most work so that when I walked out of there I had been healed for the most part. I would recommend you ask after her if you want to have a great massage. Because it was a busy weekend, I had to come back for my free half hour in their "lounge". That in itself is worth the trip. Dry sauna, steam, Himalayan salt room, showers, cold plunge, aromatherapy, massage chair! I plan on returning to Medford and definitely coming back here for more than just the massage and lounge. I went to this spa for a 90 minute massage and came early to use the salt room, saunas, etc. I loved the energy and layout of the place! It was a great experience. The only thing is the walls are pretty thin so try to talk quietly because it's pretty easy to hear what's going on around the building. Savannah did my massage and she was so great! I came here on a Sunday to celebrate my anniversary with my boyfriend with the couples retreat package. We were so happy that they were able to work with us to schedule it on Sunday, the actual day of our anniversary. We both received amazing side by side massages then enjoyed the private oasis club area for 2 hours all to ourselves. They used organic coconut oil for the massages. The steam room and cold plunge was our favorite combination in the oasis lounge. We also really, really enjoyed relaxing in the Himalayan salt room. They gave us complimentary chocolate to enjoy as well. It was the perfect place for us to celebrate our anniversary and a very well kept and beautiful spa located in Southern Oregon. What really appealed to us was the makeup and types of products used, organic and natural. We will definitely be going back soon. read more

Got the couples message that also included the members only Oasis room. Loved the place from the moment we walked in. A 'Organic' environment, they don't do nails, perms etc so no harmful odors, just the smell and feel of relaxation. The couples messages were awesome! Tisha and I both give it 5 stars. Then we got access to the Oasis room which included steam, sauna, hot tub, cold water plunge and an absolutely fascinating and peaceful Himalayan Salt room. You can lay in Himalayan Rock Salt and just absorb all the awesome energy that they are putting out. I felt as though I was on vacation through the whole process and left feeling totally relaxed. You know it's great when you book your next appointment before you leave and can't wait to go back. Anyone that needs a staycation a couple hours here will make you feel like you just spend a week on the beach! read more

I went in for my first Brazilian wax today. Tamara was sweet and friendly, she made me feel comfortable and relaxed. The wax took no time at all and the benefits are instant. I had heard great things but my expectations were exceeded still. During the wax I mentioned that I have ultra sensitive brows and Tamara offered to pluck my brow as opposed to waxing in order to avoid a break out (a service I have been hunting for!) she did it right there. I left feeling like a million bucks! I can't recommend Tamara enough, I'm never going back to shaving- and I'll always go to her! read more

I had a horrible experience here. My friend and I needed some TLC and booked a massage for her and a detox package for me with half an hour foot bath and half an hour reflexology. We were both going through very rough times and needed a place to relax and rejuvenate. The morning of, I thought it might be nice for me to come in early and get a massage in addition to my detox package. I called and asked if they had an available appointment before mine, scheduled it and then realized I had made a mistake in timing shortly after calling, and called back right away to cancel it. They said that I would have been the messeuse's first appointment anyway, they had just called her to ask if she could come in earlier, and would just let her know to come in later, at the originally scheduled time after all. I asked if I could get the money back for the massage since I had to prepay, and it was such a short amount of time before I realized my mistake, and the girl on the phone said that it made sense that she would ask her manager, but then came back on the phone and said no, it's policy. When I came in later, they told me that the foot bath was broken so I couldn't get that half of the treatment I had scheduled but that they would not refund me for that either. They said I could come in for just the foot bath some other time when it was fixed, even though the package I got was the combination of that with reflexology. I don't live in the area and was just visiting for the day and they didn't care. I asked the manager then could I at least get a refund for the massage that I didn't use and nobody lost any time or money over, and she said no and then started being manipulative and lying to me. I said I didn't think this was right and she then pretended that in the time that I had booked and canceled the massage that morning a few people called and tried to book that slot and therefore they did lose money. I said in such a short time, did you at least call them back to let them know the spot opened and she didn't reply directly. I already knew she was lying because the girl on the phone had not mentioned anything and had seemed to think it was reasonable to get a refund in that situation, but now apparently that same receptionist had gotten all these calls. When I said I knew that wasn't true then she got caught and finally admitted that it wasn't right of her to say that. But then switched to saying that it was impossible to give a full refund in the mindbody appointment system that they work in, and therefore her hands were tied. I also knew that wasn't true because I have worked with that system, and then she got mad and defensive and flustered. I started crying at one point because it was all too much for me in the moment, and I had come looking for refuge and instead was being completely mistreated, not to mention that I wasn't able to receive half of my service that I had booked because of their malfunction, but was having to pay for it anyway. My friend was also horrified. Finally the manager agreed to partially refund me for the foot bath but she would charge me the full price for the half an hour reflexology, which was more than half of the package price. I wanted to leave as soon as possible, and when I checked out, it turned out they hadn't even charged my credit card yet for anything, including the 'massage' charge that didn't happen, that my card was just on hold, so they charged me then. My friend also tried to reason with them and they wouldn't. I was way more upset and feeling traumatized after leaving this 'Wellness Center' than I had been coming in. I contacted them after saying I didn't think it was right. Their response was that in the end they hadn't charged me the difference between the services, so that technically I owed them $9 and should be grateful. Then later said if I was going to leave a bad review they would refund me if I promised not to write one. No thanks, not that way. I prefer to keep my integrity. read more

upon my arrival, the two sales associates were standing in the front doing their makeup, I found this very unprofessional, one didn't even turn around to welcome me. I was getting the reflexology/foot detox. The reflexology only lasted 25 minutes where she gently pressed on my feet, never asked me about pressure, or educated me. It felt like an 8 year old was doing it. Then they lead me to a portable footbath, in the waiting room and wanted me to sit in a small antique loveseat in front of clients coming in and out of the waiting room, while receiving my treatment. I declined and said I wasn't happy with my service. The front desk attendant then said she would give me a 10% discount and charged me $53 for 25 minutes. She then asked if I would like to leave a tip, I declined, "really?" I then looked at the price sheet after I left and the reflexology price listed is actually $49, so she overcharged me!! I will never recommend anyone to this spa, it was very unprofessional. read more

I stopped by the spa to buy a specific skin care product. Elements typically has a wall of products and individual one time sample packages of each product so you can try before you buy. (Each product is around $40+) so it's nice to see how your skin reacts before you buy. I was approached by an employee and told her what I was already going to purchase and then I relayed the issues I was having, she recommended one product but then showed me a sample of another. I then picked a few samples of my own and put them in my purse. She had walked away and then returned to where I was and she said "Customers can only pick 2 samples" I said "okay" and she replied "You have more then two in your purse ma'am" it was absolutely mortifying and the tone of voice was incredibly condescending. I have been there a few times to buy skincare products and I had purchased these based on how my skin reacted to the samples. I spent $59 today on one product. And was treated terribly. I have never been told this was the policy and am always greeted very professionally and with kindness until today. read more

I started coming to Organic Elements last fall after moving from CO to OR, the allergies problems were real, real unruly and debilitating. The oasis spa is so relaxing and beneficial, along with other herbs treatments the spa definitely helped ease my allergy troubles, and the staff is as sweet and friendly as can be. They have an awesome product line to offer here, and testers to try out for yourself in the changing room. I love coming here for a quick cleanse and for my waxes, and I'm sure the list will grow in the future! Never had a bad experience.
