All of the employees and all of the residents are unbelievably super nice! After touring the full facility, my wife and I were sold. So many wonderful amenities, so beautifully decorated! My wife and I both know that if we looked hard enough, we could possibly find a place as nice as the park at surprise, but we knew we wouldn't find a place that was nicer. We figured, why continue to search, this Place is not only wonderful, but it is a wise decision for my wife's dad. We shared our hearts with dad, and he trusted our decision. Your family will lose everything they worked hard for and their quality of life will decline when it should do the opposite. Do not trust this place. Willing to listen patiently to residents that are frustrated and struggling to get their thoughts out, they help to resolve concerns quickly (especially with technology). The food is good and plentiful, the cleaning staff keep both apartments and common areas looking good. They have both rehab and medical personnel that are either on property or visit regularly to handle those issues that come up and are concerning. Best of all the entertainment and things "to do" give it a cruise ship feel on a daily basis. I thank them for their service to residents who have entered their final chapter and have less worries day-to-day!
