I was wow'd with a wonderful & friendly experience! Huge shoutout to Drexler, Kelli, and the team…read more I came in for a trade-in and right from the get-go Drexler was super friendly, knowledgeable, and I never felt any pressure from beginning to end of the entire process. Everything was clearly explained to me & transparent, and it was wonderful to have all the features shown to me before leaving. It was clear to me that they work hard for customer loyalty, and with my experience - I'm sold!

I've been a loyal customer of Kelowna Mazda since 2018, with two Mazda vehicles in our household…read more Until recently, I consistently received attentive, professional service that made me feel valued. Unfortunately, that's no longer the case. In early May, I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and tire patch. Despite having a 1:45 p.m. appointment, I waited 10 minutes to be helped, and the service took nearly four hours--with no updates--until I asked how much longer it would be. A recall-related issue I'd previously flagged was still missed and only corrected at the front desk, while small touches that once made the experience feel thoughtful--like a complimentary car wash--have quietly disappeared. Meanwhile, oil change pricing has increased significantly, which would be understandable if service quality had remained high. But it hasn't. The decline has been sharp--and deeply disappointing. I sent an email outlining my concerns on May 7, followed up with calls, and was told on May 12 that my message had been passed along to leadership. It's now the end of July, and I've received no response. The silence says a lot. After years of loyalty, I no longer feel like a valued customer. I hope Kelowna Mazda takes this feedback seriously--because service should matter just as much as sales.

Just last week We traded in our X3 for a mini. I know the mini dealer may be considered it's own…read moreentity within, but I've also had a few dealings with them when I had my X3. There were several other cars and CUV's and SUV's we were interested in, but we found something we both liked in the Mini lot. We got the loaded Countryman All4 S JCW edition. I was actually a little shocked when my better half saw it and wanted to take it for a spin. At first she didn't want a manual car (this is a 6spd)...but after seeing how unique the interior touches were, and the exterior is also very amped up from an average All4 S. I looked at an X1 xDrive35i also for a similar price but the mini was still more appealing for us as it will get better mileage, and also has more funky factor (but the X1 is still a very nice car as we really loved pleasure and punch of the same engine and tranny in our X3 with the xDrive35i (V6 twin turbo) 8spd automatic with tiptronic). Anyways, I'm starting to review the car and not the dealer, so I digress. The service department in my 2 dealings with them in the past few months was great. Service was prompt, and the 2nd time I busted the lock nut for my LAST tire I was taking off when switching back to summer rims (it was tightened too much or just winter errosion)...a mechanic was kind enough to give me a new lock nut and then he also was kind enough to use his breaker bar to loosen it to make sure it didn't bust another nut. And this was JUST before closing time so I was so thankful as we were leaving on a road trip to California the next day. Servicing a newer BMW is always easy and thorough. A new BMW includes a 4yr 80,000km hassle free warranty so things like oil changes and filter changes and other checks are completed for free during that time. Mini's is 1 yr and 20k less, but I suspect will have the same great service. The sales team were approachable but not overbearing. The people we dealt with were all knowledgeable and courteous. We've only had 1 little issue with the new car upon picking it up but that was dealt with immediately and to our satisfaction. Even the sales manager is quick to follow up after we purchased our car to make sure everything was at or above our expectations an satisfaction. Which it was. This is the 5th BMW product I've owned and my 21st vehicle I've owned and ... well you will see 2 BMW's in the garage and not a set of Honda's or Hyundai's....Because even at trade in value we still had positive equity in our BMW after 3 years and a few months of financing. In closing my review, I've been very happy with all aspects of this dealer from the sales, service, and finance. Cheers

Response from Kelowna Bmw over a water leak possible warranty issue I had;…read more"Our Service Manager who discussed your situation with you explained in detail that we would bring your vehicle into our shop to diagnose what the repair solution would be. Your factory warranty expired in November 2021. It is always important that we discuss upfront how the repair process would go including costs associated when the manufacturer warranty has expired and in your case this has been for 2 1/2 years. The extended corrosion warranty has to do with corrosion rusting though body panels which for your BMW X5M is not the case. BMW Canada has a very good warranty and will stretch in many situations when it makes sense. Kelowna BMW's service team has been very diligent trying to work with you on your external water leak and will continue to work with you at your request. Delivering the news that someone's warranty has expired is not something that anyone on our team likes to have to discuss, that facts in this situation Scott are the facts. We can fix your vehicle's issue but the manufacture will not cover the cost so far past your warranty expiry date. Kind regards, Gord Hayes Kelowna BMW/MINI Kelowna." My review starts here; The above is reply from someone I have never dealt with at kelowna Bmw. He is not a part of the solution. Cannot imagine having a major issue and this is who you are banking on to help you. My initial four year warranty was up but that is an odd story. The dealership had sold my suv previously to numerous buyers and kept their cash deposits. But the dealership also started the warranty as it sat in the showroom for many months, maybe well over a year? My suv bought in 2019 with currently 45km door was filling with water. Any one with common sense would estimate there is going to be corrosion on the bare metal and electrical. To the naked eye I can see corrosion as leather door card is warped and bubbling. I hoped the bmw 12 year rust and corrosion warranty could apply? The service manager in kelowna did explain to me I am wasting my time as Bmw would not warranty common issue. He also said I would be paying for the labor of warranty application? BMW never had a chance to "stretch" a warranty as it was not submitted due to kelowna Bmw talking me out of applying. The word diligent is used to asses my water damage. No one even left their seat to look at the obvious corrosion. If that's "diligence" or the "facts" I am confused. Kelowna Bmw almost soured me on Bmw as a brand. Fortunately for me, BMW Canada and other BMW dealers did not use the same tact as kelowna Bmw. It was an easy fix and all doors were done to be thorough. Ps, now I know why Kelowna has a high number of great German specific garages for after warranty service. Buyer beware!

I've had the best experience here purchasing a vehicle, Sean was my initial first contact, LOVE…read moreHIM! Completely accommodating patient I asked him to do a walk around & interior video for me and he did it within 10 minutes even though I know they were extremely busy that day. Even gave me his cell phone number if I had any questions at all about the vehicle. And I did and I'm sorry for the 3am text message. I was just so excited I couldn't sleep. Second was Collin, he was more on the finalizing the purchase (that I did make) end. Also super patient and literally tried to pull every string he possibly could to make sure that I got the exact vehicle that I wanted. NOT GOING TO LIE IM PICKY. So thank you for that. And third was Joven in their finance department, such a personable person actually got to know me asked me questions about my life and why I was purchasing out of province he told me about his life and how him and his wife are expecting a baby, it really Felt better than just a car buying experience. They actually want you to be happy and they know you're a person. So THANK YOU gentlemen, for giving me the best car buying experience over the phone, wish I could have met you all in real life.

Our experience with Kelowna Hyundai was extremely disappointing from start to finish…read more First, it took 5.5 hours to purchase a vehicle we had already decided on before walking in. For what should have been a straightforward purchase, the process was unnecessarily long and frustrating. Unfortunately, things only got worse after the sale. Once they had our money, customer service essentially disappeared. Responses to emails regularly took up to 3 weeks, and we often only received a reply after giving them a firm deadline. We also have been waiting 10 months to receive the vehicle mats we were promised, and even then, we had to fight to get them. The most frustrating issue has been the scratches that appear every time it is washed. When we brought this concern to Hyundai Kelowna, instead of taking accountability or properly investigating the issue, we were told it was somehow our fault and due to what we were doing. They simply put a band-aid on the problem by buffing out some of the lighter scratches, while leaving the deeper scratches untouched, claiming it was "not a paint malfunction." For a dealership selling premium-priced vehicles, we expected far better service, communication, and support. They do not seem to stand behind their product, and their after-sale customer care has been unacceptable.
