It's very sad, but if you are waiting for your life saving medication from this delivery company, you will be dead soon. They allegedly came to my apartment complex yesterday, but did not have the gate code (the vendor never asked me for it), and instead of calling me or asking at the office, they just left. Really? You couldn't wait 2 minutes and ride in behind someone else, like the rest of the world does? Or call me? You have my number. Or ask at the office? Nope. They don't do that. They just leave. I got a text from them an hour later, so I know they have cellular technology AND had my phone number, so I used the link they provided and was told that they would deliver the next day between 8 am and 5 pm, and that I would have to stay home all day waiting for them. Well, it is now the next day and it is 4:30 pm, and no delivery, so I contacted them again. Still waiting for an answer. Bottom line, if your vendor uses this service, just cancel the order and purchase from someone else.
