I think it is likely the only outlet store where I've seen glasses and sunglasses from Cartier and Chrome Hearts, and it might be the only one where I've seen Balmain or Dita, too. They also have cool Dior visors and the new Fendi collection with the sunglasses-cap-combo-thing -- love! My experiences here have been the opposite of sketchy. The store is always well lit and not too loud. Katya has been especially kind and helpful to me. She helps give me advice on what shapes fit my face best. She also knows exactly what types of glasses are in style. And while I haven't seen Jenny in my past two visits, Jenny is also awesome and super helpful. I never felt like the optician was pushy to upsell me, and I ended up going with a pair of Dior prescription eyeglasses that were actually for men, and the optician helped me fit the temples to my face better so they became more comfortable. I'd much rather go here for designer glasses than my eye doctor. I'd also rather go here to shop for designer sunglasses in person than browse Sunglass Hut's tiny selection or wait in line to get into Dior, Tom Ford, Versace, Gucci, Dolce & Gabbana, Tiffany etc. I love my new glasses, and this is a place I'll definitely keep coming back to.

After a thirty minute wait, during rush hour without an appointment, (maybe add an extra employee?) I was blessed with Rashad who was professional with some added low level comedy for no extra cost. During my wait, I picked out the frames that I wanted and then Rashad explained a few of my pricing options based on my insurance and out of pocket expenses. It went seamlessly and quickly since I already had my prescription for the lenses from an outside optometrist, although America's Best has one in-store. The price was extremely low and decent quality, although almost all the frames come from China, which they proudly imprint on the frame arm. Rashad completed the transaction and I will get notified by phone text when ready for pick up within two weeks. Don't forget, you can also pay an extra $25.00 for a one year warranty for ANY damage but not loss or theft, and a 'one time' brand new pair of glasses will be provided without question. This warranty seemed like a no brainer, so I paid it. TEN DAYS LATER....WOW, just picked up my glasses and I can finally see much better since my prescription was slightly tweaked. The frames were clear and fit perfectly. Will purchase rubber frame end attachments so they won't slide off during rugby - lol.

I came in and the staff took my information and had me sit and wait for my exam. It was a very short wait and I was brought back to the see the doctor. I have been wearing glasses since I was 12 years old, so I've had a lot of eye exams. Never mind how many. This one was probably the most thorough I have ever had. Dr. Holifield really did an incredible job of checking out my vision and my eyes in general. He also recommended some eye drops for me, and his staff managed to get a prescription that was normally over $800 for free. Great job! I picked out my new glasses (you can see them in the photo), and while they are not the exact frames I wanted, they'll do. It was a bit pricey, but I have vision insurance so that covered part of it. When I got home I had a notice in the mail that my employer had changed to a new vision insurance carrier. I immediately called the office to apologize and give them the new information, only to find that they had already found it and had billed the correct insurance. That is truly excellent customer service. They told me it would take up to two weeks for the new glasses, which was fine, but it turns out, they were ready in six days. I picked them up and I'm wearing them right now. And I can see, so I guess the visit was a success. And I have a new eye doctor.
