So I ended up returning with the one he got and I hate the style and color. So good luck for anyone who is trying to buy here and waste money. I told my friend to never return there. Lost a customer. This was a little more than 350 dollars!!!!!!!

The store looks a lot bigger than it seems. I was pleasantly surprised to have such a big space to explore around. There are so many things to look at and sections to dig around in. I'm not even trying to be a suck up or anything. I genuinely love this store and the people. I always look forward to making a visit. Seriously. Such an awesome place.

I usually try to get a place so that the lines (the do not park here) are for my door because sometimes bending to get in or out of the car is more difficult if swollen etc. I was just starting to open my door and a gent flew into the lined space nearly taking my door off so that he could argue with his wife and teen as to who was going into a store. I was seriously paralyzed with fear - seriously dude... I am already in ADA, please don't kill me! SOOOO, apparently park here with caution. This was on a Friday so perhaps it is rougher heading into the weekend. I will say that the store does seem light on clothing and heavier on home things. I did see entirely too much I wanted to take home. Getting through the registers was pretty fast even with how busy the store was which was nice indeed. And, as with all these type of stores - some of the best things are in the line on shelves.

The quality is not the best, but I'm ok with that as typically there is a "look" I'm seeking and I know I'll only be wearing the item for one or two seasons. For example, super wide flowy pants or sweaters with a bell sleeve. Prices are very affordable but are even better when items go on sale. And they always go on sale! I've picked up chunky sweaters to wear with leggings for $10. Tanks and t-shirts for under $5. In my book, that's basically free since I pay that much for a Mocha! This store is clean and neat, something that can't be said for all locations. Unless you are there when the store is packed with teens. Yes, this store is geared to teenagers but there are definitely wardrobe staples and on trend items for people of every age. The dressing room situation isn't the best, in non Covid times there is often a long wait. I usually try on clothes right in the aisle! They have fun accessories - scarves, hair scrunches, inexpensive handbags - so make sure to peruse this section. Parking right on the street out front or the large outdoor parking lot in back.

You should never expect the attendant to do this for you unless you have no manners. While the regular prices at H & M are very reasonable, their sale prices are unbelievable. There is parking right out front of the entrance making this an easy visit. The store is bright, well stocked, and had a large area in the back with markdowns. I don't know if this area is always here, or if it gets stocked when going from season to season, but it's worth checking out. Lots of pants, jeans, dresses, tops and skirts. But I was here for the denim dress! Found it and immediately went into the dressing room. Unfortunately it was too big, and the next available size was three sizes smaller, so I placed an online order for the next two smaller sizes to see which fit best. They processed the order there, making sure that I received the online discount plus free shipping to my house. Great service! The dresses arrived in a week, and one fit perfectly! A button up, shirt collar, midi dress in a fit and flare style, perfect with a pair of knee high boots. Love it! And true to Loft style, it's classic and timeless so I can wear for years to come. While there I checked out some corduroy pants in beautiful fall colors, tried on some jeans and sweaters, plus purchased a chocolate brown lace top to pair with a leather skirt I already own. In all, I was super impressed with the styles offered, many in the new and popular fall colors of the 2025 season. Will definitely stop by again when I'm in the area to check out their offerings.

A few years ago, we bought a full suit and coordinating pieces for my son at the Men's Wearhouse in…read moreSalem, and the staff there were incredibly helpful. Now that he's outgrown that suit, we decided to try the Tanasbourne location. The experience could not have been more different. When we walked in, five employees were on the floor, yet none acknowledged us. One was finishing with clients - they left, two were talking at the counter (training?), one was assembling a display table, and another was simply pacing through the store. We walked past all of them without a single greeting or even eye contact. My son has grown four inches this year, so we grabbed several sizes and headed to the dressing room. We passed four employees and another stepped out from the back as I loaded the dressing room -- still no acknowledgment. Surprisingly, I discovered another customer sitting in the dressing area - with no assistance either. While my son tried on items, I waited a few feet from an employee building the display table, and again, not a word was spoken. It was clear the staff were focused on tasks, not customers. Nothing fit on the first try, and by then I no longer felt welcome. I told my son, "Let's go." He asked what to do with the clothes, I said, "I know it's rude, but leave it all in the dressing room. This place feels rude, and I'm not spending my money here." I was hoping to have an enjoyable experience today with my son buying a whole new suit and accessories. Instead, we got the cold shoulder from 5 employees on a Sunday afternoon. We read the room, we left. Tanasbourne MW: Not serving customer service, not serving effort, not serving anything - hard pass. If you want to spend real money and actually feel good doing it, go to the Men's Warehouse in Salem, Oregon instead.
