From my first consultation, I worked along with them to prepare a response within 20 days. Fortunately, 2 days after submitting response, CIC approved my application. I'm grateful to Ms. Durriya Bharmal and Ms. Tatiana Cabrera for their services and expertise. The best thing about MSK in my opinion, is their honest and straightforward responses during initial consultation. I found out that many firms won't answer questions until you sign their retainer agreement. This isn't the case with MSK. I highly recommend their services.

He encouraged me to make a retainer of $5000.00 to start my case. I paid for his retainer. He promised to call me the next day. I never heard from him. I kept calling him, but Mamann avoided my calls. Eventually, I got a hold of him by visiting his firm (Mamann, Sandaluk & Kingwell LLP.) Once we met, he came with some other excuse about my case and asked for another payment of $4500! I told him no and requested a refund. Mamann became offensive; He deducted $1498.72 for one and half hours of the talk I had with him on our initial meeting and his fake work on my case. I went to a different firm; I ended up paying 2689.76 for the entire case. The lawyer was able to get an extension for me to stay in Canada and told me that if I had to do what Mamann advised me off I had no chance of living in Canada.
