I love they variety of new and dated appliances and furniture. Specially if you are looking for something for your women cave, and you don't want to spend a lot for like a refrigerator for that extra space. They have small basic frig's and new and dated washers and dryers, microwaves and furniture! I love all the flooring they had as well. I'm sure it's priced significantly less that your big box stores. They also have floor rugs, bath rugs and pictures. Everything was good, until I ran into the grumpy guy that should have been some help in the cabinet department, he saw me looking around, didn't offer any assistance. I asked him if they installed, he just said no! But his aura! Like he really didn't want to be at that place at that time! So, I just kept it moving! I wanted more info, but not from him! And then, I ran into another associate, that had a great attitude! lol I really would like to get some new cabinets, but it might not be from here! .

I had initally reached out to a couple of different companies and couldn't be more pleased that we went with them. Taking the time to walk us through the process and answer questions to share their knowledge and insight was a great help. The care they invested in the prep and staging for the sale made us feel they they honored the history of our treasures while communicating realistic expectations. Just a great team that really knows their business with our items being posted on multiple sites resulting in hundreds of buyers turning out to a great success. Maria and James made a daunting task not only doable but took the time to talk to my mom and share comments they had received in the sale to make her feel her items were valued and wanted. Donation of remaining items after the sale way was absolutely the way to go for us. They stayed and oversaw that process so that the house was empty within a short time of the last transaction. I highly recommend them.

I was quoted $333.69 for the broom closet, which I paid. Once on the homesite, my contractor noticed that broom closet cabinet was not cut to 12" but was 18", which is not usable in my space.
