We first met Liz in September 2025, and from the very beginning, we were incredibly impressed. What immediately set her apart was her approach to pricing the home. Rather than relying solely on neighborhood comps like most agents, she used a sophisticated valuation system that factored in the home's condition, upgrades, and improvements over time. She walked us through how the software evaluated renovations such as kitchen and bathroom updates, roofing projects, and other investments by considering when the work was completed, what was spent, and the local return on investment. It was fascinating to see such a detailed and thoughtful approach to determining the home's true market value. During that first meeting, Liz also took the time to thoroughly explain the market conditions and discuss the best timing for listing the property to maximize its value. She confidently told us that once listed, the home would likely sell within three to four weeks. After months of preparing the house, which included cleaning out more than 50 years of memories and belongings, we finally listed the property in April 2026. Throughout the entire process, Liz provided exceptional guidance every step of the way. She was knowledgeable, patient, and never once pushy. She always presented us with information and options, allowing us to make informed decisions while trusting her expertise. That trust paid off. Just as she predicted, we received multiple offers and sold the home within three weeks! Liz exceeded every expectation we had. She made what could have been an overwhelming and emotional experience feel smooth, peaceful, and manageable during a very stressful and heartbreaking time for our family. Her professionalism, compassion, and dedication are truly unmatched. Elizabeth Do is a gift, both in her work ethic and in her humanity. I cannot recommend her highly enough to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Liz, you are truly the GOAT!

Missy Wiesen found us our current home, which we love. It was our second transaction with Missy and…read moreher partner Jon Pugh. And with both moves, we could not have been happier working with them. Recently, however, it looked like we might have to move again. Being retired and at the whims of the rollercoaster stock market, we had decided the best way to preserve our nest egg was to sell and move to a less expensive home, where we could pay cash, saving the monthly mortgage. We called Missy, and immediately she was on our doorstep, with Jon on FaceTime. And to our amazement, the two of them told us there was no way they were going to help us sell our house! In looking at and reworking our budget to go forward, they explained that we had overlooked what a great investment we were -- literally -- sitting in. Missy promised to run the numbers so that we could make a more informed decision. Within two days she had sent us an extremely detailed summary of our options: If we wanted to sell, we were under-estimating our potential profit, and this was backed up by a listing of several comps along with notes on how our house compared. Then she presented other options: what a reverse mortgage could mean for us; or perhaps we should consider moving with our daughter to a house with an ADU for us. But if we decided not to sell, Missy had given us a solid, detailed rundown of how our house was expected to appreciate over the next 20 years. The options were overwhelming at first, but as we carefully went through each, working out the numbers, we came to a happy decision. They were absolutely correct. At this stage, it would not be worth putting our house on the market; the money we would make doing so, even invested wisely in the long run, could not match the appreciation we could expect from our real estate asset. So if you would like to meet a realtor who will only sell your house if it's the right thing to do...let me introduce you to Missy Wiesen @ The Pugh Group. A truly lovely, caring, really fun lady (oh, and she's also a great realtor).

One of the most frustrating rental experiences I've had, largely due to how this was handled by…read moremanagement, specifically Christopher and David. The unit was listed at $4,200. We initially explored pricing and ultimately submitted a paid application for $4,000, not $3,800 as they later claimed in their response. We have email proof confirming this. We were also told there could be flexibility around $4,100 if we had strong documentation, which we did. Based on that, we were encouraged to apply, pay fees, and submit everything. After doing all of that, there was no real movement or consideration. What made this worse was their response, which included inaccurate statements about us "lowballing" and "going behind our agent." That is simply not true. We were fully transparent with our agent the entire time, and she can confirm that. We also have texts supporting it. Nothing was hidden or "found out" later. Instead of focusing on a reasonable $100 difference that could have easily made both parties happy, they chose to argue and escalate things publicly through responses rather than work toward a solution. That says a lot about their priorities. The bigger issue here is the lack of transparency. If the price was always firm at $4,200, that should have been clearly stated upfront. Instead, we were led to believe there was flexibility, only to find out after paying application fees that there wasn't. The communication throughout felt dismissive and unprofessional, and their response only reinforced that. My advice to anyone considering renting through them: be cautious before paying any application fees, and make sure any statements about pricing flexibility are clearly confirmed in writing. Based on this experience, I would not recommend working with this team.
