Each year, the process has been smooth from start to finish. We've never had an issue with the service, customer care, or the condition of her items. Everything was well taken care of during storage and always returned in great shape. As a family from California with a student attending an HBCU in New Orleans, we were initially nervous about summer storage from afar. But Summer Pack-It gave us peace of mind every single time. Anytime I had a question or needed help, I was able to call or email and get a prompt response. Their communication and professionalism made everything easier during what can be a hectic end-of-year transition. I'm sorry to hear others may not have had the same experience, but if I can offer any advice to future customers: Stay in close contact with the company before your scheduled delivery or pickup. Be organized, know what you need, and communicate clearly--this helps them meet your expectations. Thank you to the entire team at Summer Pack-It for three summers of excellent service. You've truly made a difference for our family!

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I had a truly…read moredisappointing experience with this company. First, customer service is terrible and barely answer their phone but when they do, they are very unresponsive with my inquiries. Second, I used their ship-to-home option. Most of my belongings were broken and my personal items have been gone through and resealed. On top of that, my tv and my refrigerator are missing. When I inquired about my those items. I was told on the day my things were being delivered that my fridge couldn't be shipped due to "federal regulations." The lack of poor communication has made this process very frustrating especially as a college student Finally, their prices are extremely misleading. I paid for the standard short term storage thinking that was the best option but there were hidden fees. Overall, I would strongly advise against using this storage company. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere for a more reliable and customer friendly service.

We waited in line which is just fine but not even a head nod to anyone acknowledging they are waiting and there was no since of urgency with anyone working there. some of the employees would walk by and not even look toward anyone in the facility. The second time we came was just to check what size tow hitch we needed to but before we picked up the next day and we had quite literally the same dismal customer service. When we finally picked up on a Saturday at 11 AM there was finally no line and the cashier called us over but still not friendly. I would really recommend some sort of customer service training just a smile, or a welcome we'll be with you in a minute, would have been nice from anyone in there. They did help attach the trailer to the truck and had some knowledge of the trailer which was a plus.

I finally walked up the street to get out of the sun. When I arrived to pickup my finished vehicle it took another 30 minutes for their system to reboot so I could checkout. The 2 sales people were so rude and I asked them repeatedly to just send me an email with the total after the computer rebooted.
