Was looking for a storage unit kind of last minute when moving in from out of state. I called maybe…read morea week and a half before my arrival and while the young man at the front desk was really nice and helpful, the place itself wasn't super helpful. They don't take reservations? Even for like five days out. Super strange to me. I had to arrive in town and show up in front of this nice building sweaty, in a large Penske truck, hoping they had availabilities. When speaking with the front desk, I was all but assured that with my short timeline, I'd be able to snag a climate controlled unit when I came. Well, guess what wasn't available when I rolled up? So I got stuck with a unit a size down, and not climate controlled. My deceased mother was an artist and I have many of her original works on canvas I was concerned about in the extreme humidity of a Florida summer, so I ended up just keeping them out. I also wasn't told until the end that I had to provide my own lock, and ended up having to buy one right there from them at an inflated price. Now, you may say, why not just go to a different storage unit place if all this stuff happened ? Well, that's why I'm writing the review, I guess. You make your own decision. Three stars: +: customer service, location. -: unreliable, front gate broken constantly/poor security.

Oh, they said nothing, no apology, just sent out technician to ad play sand to all the new bald spots in yard that they created. I ask technician when there done with spraying other people's yard with weed killer, do they clean out the tanks before going to someone house to spray fertilizer, they said NO, the product get diluted enough, that it won't harm yard. Well, they done this twice to me, the technician comes out to yard walks up the middle of yard and has a small stream spray, insted of a fan spray and hit speratic areas, not the whole yard, also watch out for schrubs that might have been in his path of spray, because they too are going to die, like my $200 Japanees Maple, dead now. I have filmed the techniican several times doing this scheulded vist. Same pattern every time, aren't they supposed to spray all my yard for $600 a year. Don't let the old name Paul's Pest Control fool you, my understanding they are under new ownership. Don't let all those five-star ratings fool you either, now a days those can be bought and paid for, on Google or anywhere else.
